Quite a few accounts were clearly…
Quite a few accounts were clearly scams. A lot of recent adversts were also from profiles that had been inactive for years. The fact that I only got one reply from 75-80 applications indicates that there needs to be more effort put towards background checks based on verification and inactivity. Moreover, there seems to be a clear Dutch bias, with quite a few adverts being for dutch people only. A wider array of options for international people would be greatly appreciated.

Subscription is expensive, people don't respond
The subscription is pretty expensive and most people don't respond just like on hospi housing. In the future, I would use pararius and free websites. The interface is also quite old and not friendly to use. A waste of money for me.

As a point to improve I would point out that the email notifications of new houses available did not come on time. Normally it took a bit longer than when they got released.
I would recommend it to others. Overall, a very good experience.

Quality options are scarce
Paid for the subscription, only 1/10 of the people I contacted answered (3 rejections, 3 quality contacts). I did end up finding accommodation through this app, but you initially feel like you have many options, only to figure out that replies are rare. I understand that this is because of the lack of supply in the housing market, that doesn't make it any less frustrating.

Totally waste of time and money
Totally waste of time and money. No app, many real state agents/ makelaars in disguise, sloppy message system with no clear or delayed notifications (and only by mail, the message section of the website won't show a simple red dot to let you know something came through).
On top of that I did cancel my subscription and they're demanding the fee plus a surcharge and saying that they cancelled my suscription. Completely bonkers. Dutch housing market is though but this is not the solution if you're not Dutch, and even if you are, this is tool is baloney.
Edit to reply to their coment: I don't buy your commitment to make the search for accomodation more transparent. You don't bother to keep real estate agents from using "private owner" profiles, and you don't do that because that would mean less advertisements in a platform with already a small number of them. The challenges of the housing market are not your fault, that's clear, but you're not building a tool that can bring meaninful solutions to these challenges and you're just taking advantage of the situation. Because your services are overprized (38€ a month as for today) and is clear that not enough from that price is re-invested in improving the website or creating an app, the feeling is that of a total rip-off. That's why I hope this review can help someone else not to fall for it. We'd do better spending that money in self-care while we focus on real solutions to find accomodation.
And final edit to answer to their own edit:
The fact that you want to deflect the conversation about real state agents using profiles as "private owner" into something different speaks volumes. Nobody said they are not allowed in the platform, but they are not the private owners of the properties and that is misleading and what you do nothing about. But hey, maybe it's just me 'feeling strongly'.
Fyi, I did contact customer service and got no answer whatsoever. Obviously PR on a external platform like Trustpilot is more important.
