Thief - AVOID

From my personnal experience :
Fake advert (x2 monthly price in chat)
Profiling
I find a place thanks to other website.
Moreover, they pre-checked monthly subcription and scam you (but it is written in another color in small at the end so it is "legal").
I do NOT recommend.

Not a trustworthy website

Not a trustworthy website. A lot of their ads are scams. Had to go to the police. And the other issue is that the mobile version of the website does not show that you are premium even if you are. So I presumed that I didn’t have premium based of that and they made me pay 40€ without my authorization. I’d also like to add since they replied that yes I did contact support about the scam on the app version but they did not care, I am getting legal support

I’m seeing a lot of similarities with…

I’m seeing a lot of similarities with the review here, I got debited 39 euros without my consent even tho I did unsubscribe. I contacted the customer service, they were just rude and not willing to help in a fair resolution but James, the agent in charge of my case explained “it is cleary stated everywhere” which is not true.

I also almost got scammed after contacting one of the house owner form their platform this is inadmissible.

I’m trying to defend myself with processing with a charge back.

The worst experience I have ever had

The worst experience I have ever had. Not only they keep rejecting your post, they don't say clearly what is wrong or what you did wrong. When you try to reach customer service and ask for refund because clearly you are not using the premium that you have to pay.... They just refusing to cooperate. I paid for premium I I'm not using and my money went to the gutter. I believe that reason for this is me being foreigner. They prioritize dutch citizens... They won't help you find place to stay but they with pleasure take your money.

Unnecessarily expensive for a student

I understand the idea and the business point of view with having premium as mandatory to start a conversation on Kamernet, it needs to be profitable of course. However, the premium was quite a lot for being a student on a budget.

In addition, the landlords were not good at all responding to messages which made it extremely hard to find accommodation. But this problem is not on you Kamernet.
