I didnt even get a chance to get into a viewing, since everything was overloaded with applicants.
Just automatic message - that's it.
The biggest scam and worst way of using 40 euros!

In my opinion, Kamernet is exploitative, predatory and they rip you off. My subscription renewed automatically because, according to Kamernet’s terms, you must cancel at least one day before the end of the subscription. Usually, you don’t need to cancel—if there’s no payment, there’s no renewal, and there are no services. That is fair and just.
However, they've set their own policies and renew it even when no payment is made and no services are provided. They charge you the amount, and later their debt collectors show up and add collection fees. You can't just set some rules and rip others off. What is wrong with this world?
Update: Kamernet publicly replied they “do not charge users when no payment method is provided or when a payment fails.” Despite that, they’re still pursuing me for a renewed subscription and incasso collection fees. I asked for account-specific proof (consent/checkbox log, purchase confirmation + renewal-reminder emails with full headers, and the required 14-day WIK letter). So far I’ve only received generic screenshots. I’ve asked them to pause collections and remove fees pending proper validation. I’ll update this review if they fix it.

This company is based on paying subscription to just talk with a landlord, but 100% you will never get a house in here or a room as are very mutch human scammers

UPDATE: Contacted support again after their public reply. Nothing changed : just more threats for payment. Their message was only to look helpful publicly, not to solve anything. Sadly, that tells you everything about how this company operates.

Be careful and make sure to document every step, because they will exploit your good faith and your assumption that you are dealing with a reasonable and honest company.
I bought a short-term subscription and tried to cancel it before renewal, but the cancellation didn’t go through. I contacted Kamernet right away and stopped using the service, yet they continued to send invoices and demand payments.
I wrote multiple polite emails, but the company insisted on payment with increasingly aggressive and threatening reminders over a handful of euros.
While I understand companies must have policies, it’s disappointing to see a platform profiting and benefitting from unclear processes and “technical difficulties”, instead of prioritizing transparency and fairness.
This kind of rigid system ultimately says a lot about the company’s priorities and business model, and it risks ruining the reputation of an otherwise useful service.

I think is better than other apps or websites

What was interesting were the number of offers available each day, many opportunities but when you are pressed by time it is a bit difficult but if you play your cards well you will find a place to stay.

Barely got responses, eventually a real-estate agent who showed me a listing found me a place also listed on the site.
Most responses I got canceled the viewing shortly before. My arrival.

Kamernet.nl are the scammers! I paid 75€ and I searched for an accommodation for 3 months, sent so many messages and no one responded. I see the same adds again and again. Kamernet is NOT trustworthy!!!

The site sucks and they do auto renewal on purpose so they can keep billing you. Also they do not give you options to not do this and they are really expensive as hell. There are multiple other sites which are cheaper and don’t use cheeky ways to charge you later on.Also doesn’t provide with listings before other sites.I have seen apartments in other site listed hours before this one which lowers your chances to find accommodation

They are scammers, they steal your money. I canceled the subscription the last day of the period I paid and they still debited me another month because I should've unsubscribed at least 24h earlier. Nowhere on the website does it say this and you have to dig in their terms and conditions to find it. This is so obvious unethical behavior and you may have charged me for an extra month but now I am sure I am never ever going to use your buggy ass website anymore and I'd rather be homeless than give money to these scumbags. Cheers.

response rate is low but large number of listings for rooms which was very helpful

The service is close to useless. A lot of the properties are outright scams or don’t exist. Most landlords do not get back to you despite persistent efforts. This service is an obvious money grab. Do not support these clowns.

Very misleading experience! I paid for what was advertised as a Premium 1-month subscription to contact landlords, but it turned out to be a recurring subscription that kept charging me. Despite not finding a place to live, Kamernet is now threatening to proceed with debt collection. Be very careful before signing up.
