The doll arrived well packed. Looks as described in the pictures/video. A bit heavier than I thought. Feels like a quality doll. All in all a good purchase.

I watched their doll videos, impressive. I think the Demon Monkey is very well designed and great quality. It arrived on time in perfect condition

Due to Chinese and North American New year the item was delivered beyond estimate dates and that was the ONLY bad thing about my experience. The quality of customer service, the artistry and quality of the product was beyond expectations. I highly recommend Kanadoll and Top Fire Products.

I bought my first doll from Kanadall. The reason why I chose Kanadall is because the owner of the showroom recommended this site to me. I ordered Isolind from the new DIME Doll brand. I received a very nice doll and I am satisfied with it.
However, we must also mention some problems until this doll is delivered. The dolls were not made according to the specifications we ordered, and we had to remake a new doll from scratch, or we received finished photos of another buyer's order. As a result, it took a long time to receive the product.
What we should be thankful for is that customer support of Kanadall was kind enough to address any issues that arose and ultimately delivered a satisfactory doll.
So I just ordered another doll from a different brand. I believe that when I receive this doll, I will be able to give it a 5-star rating.

My experience with Kanadoll has been fantastic. They have handled all of my questions, needs and emails in a timely manor. Their prices are fair and their customer service is fantastic. Betty has been especially kind to me. After my experience I would only order with them and recommend you do the same.

There were shipping issues due to my location. However, Kanadoll representatives worked with me to inform me of the extra shipping charges. The US in-stock doll would have cost more than $500 additional to ship to me, it was than cheaper for the doll to be manufactured to the same specs of the doll I ordered in there facility in Asia. They even agreed to some additional features such as the finger skeleton and the movable shoulder options as well as the default options my Galaxy doll came with. They were constantly in contact if there were any issues like the factory advising that the 157c slim body I ordered would be more fragile with the finger skeleton so they suggested the 150c that had slightly thicker hands for the skeleton. They provided image examples as well as offered extra wigs and eyes to accommodate the change, which was appreciated. Between them and Galaxy dolls factory, I received pretty top-notch service.

The doll I was very impressed with, Galaxy dolls manufacture process of course shows slight lines from the mold but its minimal. Quality seems excellent, this is the first life-size doll I have ever owned. Painting on her for details I swear in some lights there seems like veins were painted on then slightly touched over to blend in with the skin tone. To also note, there is the chemical smell of the TPE but after the first wash it has reduced a fair amount and after the next several washes I expect it to go away. I cant express enough how impressed I am with Galaxy doll. From what I researched on another site they under JX dolls umbrella but manufacture more westerner themed dolls as opposed to JX dolls who focus on Asian themed ones correct me if Im wrong.

Overall the customer service I received through Kanadoll was beyond amazing, shout out to Galaxy dolls who did an amazing job with my doll, detail and craftsmanship is there while being more affordable than most competitors. The only issue I have is the size and weight since I have never owned a life-size doll, I underestimated that one. Not in any way either companies fault, from what I read roughly 60lbs is normal for her size. I also want to point out that in no way a care package was ever mentioned. The other day I received a package I was not expecting. They had sent over a full-size blanket (with images dolls I believe), drying towel, moisture absorbent sticks, and some personal lubricant. I was not expecting that and it was very appreciated.

Again, Kanadoll service, and Galaxy dolls product are both excellent. Don't hesitate to purchase through Kanadoll.

Doll came fast and was kept in the loop every step of the way. When I did reach out via chat they were friendly and help. Doll is high quality and was as advertised. I will be planning on buying from again.

I have bought Several Dolls from Kandoll. There services cannot be match by any provider in China. They go out of the way to satisfy your needs and concerns; I even had a custom head created to match my beautiful finance. She could not believe how much it looks like her. It almost made her jealous, but she knew it would keep me at home with her when she becomes tired and that I would not be running the clubs. I think she loves that doll as much as I do. As I have said this is the best provider to Sex Dolls in China. They will not disappoint you!

My buying experience with Kanadoll has been a superb and seamless experience. I was a slightly skeptical at first because there are many websites unfortunately that sells fake dolls and stuff. But Kanadoll is a very legit company. I purchased one of their ready to ship dolls, the beautiful 166cm Zora doll by Firedoll brand, and she is exactly how I saw in the promotional pictures. It only took roughly 7 days from the time I've placed my order for her, and her being delivered to my door in excellent condition. The quality for the price is surprisingly amazing and almost matches my $2000+ WM doll I have. All in all, Kanadoll has delivered. My only gripe is that website tends to run a little slow but it's no big deal. I couldn't be more thankful.
