I would say that I didn't find what I wished on the Kanadoll website,
but it is not the case …

I would tell you that my order went wrong and that customer service doesn't care,
but it is not the case …

I would tell you that my package arrived late and damaged and that I couldn't track it,
but it is not the case …

I would tell you that I didn't receive any photos before shipping and that I couldn't modify my order before shipping,
but it is not the case…

I could tell you that the packaging was sloppy,
but it is not the case ...

I would tell you my product was disappointing and that it was different from what I ordered (an Aibei head),
but it is not the case …

I could go on and on ...

So, just one thing, Thank you Aibei and Kanadoll!!!!

Product as described. Shipping took a bit ponger than i thought but my product was greatly secured (a Box in a Box in a Box) Last Box ist great for storage

The body is beautifully sculpted and noticeably softer than any other doll I've owned. I highly recommend Kanadoll as a perfect choice for your first doll purchase.

Wasn’t even about the products sold on the site, best fricken customer server I’ve ever had. Was a real human instead of some bullshit bot, they didn’t follow some script and actually where themselves and enjoyed it rather than being stiff and boring, honestly can’t wait to talk to them again just to give a review about the product and experience with shipping because it’s going to be a hilarious outcome possibly xD might be a Hardcore Christian who wrote out the bible opening a package that’s not hers cause she’s curious to find a succubus demon sex doll that I bought when I was drunk and high as heck and not smart enough to actually not follow through with like the last 8 months of occaisionally considering xD

This is my second time purchase on KANADOLL and its still full-size doll. Costumer service are patiently and positive for answer every question you ask the parcel are packing very safe no damaged on any.This time may take a bit longer about production and shipping but still worth it every month they make promotions and gave different stuff in every month.Newbies are interesting just try it out on KANADOLL

Some of these reviews aren't fair. Yes, these dolls are heavy: Kanadoll posts each doll's weight, as well as measurements of everything from bust to waist to thigh circumference, even foot size, and their height is helpfully right in the title so this should not be a surprise and is not their fault if you buy one that is too heavy for you; the FedEx tracking number they gave me even has the total weight of the actual box you will receive, which is heavier than just the weight of the doll itself. Yes, these dolls are fragile: Kanadoll has a whole huge page of "help and info" that tells you more than you'll ever need to know and it's not their fault if you don't research what you're buying before shilling out thousands of dollars. Yes, they take a long time to make and a long time to get to your house: Kanadoll clearly tells you the estimated/average times for each individual brand. They have FAQ's, guides, reviews, photos, videos, info on everything from the history of sex dolls to how to pick one that is right for you to how to care for them to scam awareness warnings. The only shortcoming this site had was it didn't give me options to choose my free second head's eye/hair colors so I told them in a note, but now the listing for my doll has been updated with second head eye/hair colors available so they must have noticed it was missing and promptly updated the page. Read ALL THE TEXT in the listing and PAY ATTENTION, because everything you need to know is usually right there. I didn't need to contact customer service with any questions until after my order was placed, then I asked some random things like what kind of glue-on nails are safe? can I put a male head on a female body? can she wear the $10 eyes I found on eBay? and other dumb stuff, and all questions were answered right away and very patiently with detailed researched responses; the customer service is absolutely wonderful with perfect fluent English. They sent me pics and videos of what it looked like before shipping to show it has the colors/options I chose and is not going to be an ugly monstrous thing that doesn't look anything at all like the listing; my doll's listing didn't have a photo of her nether parts and I didn't ask for any, but they included that in my preview pics so I could even see the parts of her that were not shown in the listing to make sure there would be NO surprises. They have new sales and freebies and promotions every month. They sent me an email to let me know that mine would be delayed by 7 factory working days due to a national holiday in the country of manufacture. They did send me an email offering a small gift in exchange for posting a review here, but they did NOT ask for a positive review or ask that I leave 5 stars. Never mind that, I've been eagerly awaiting a chance to post a revue about how lovely the customer service is, and I'm looking forward to posting a review on my doll's listing page where I can even post pictures of her. The original price of mine would have been $1,739.00 but the discounts and promotions at the time brought the price down to $1,565.10. My BANK, not the site, charged me an extra $30 for an international purchase which brought the total up to just a few dollars below $1,600; I thought the site was trying to scam me and emailed them, and they immediately sent me an invoice of my order and said they didn't add any fees and asked that I call my bank, which I did, it was the bank's fee (I still feel guilty about it), and I really appreciated the discrete name (no xxx or SexySexDolls4U or other embarrassing stuff) when I had to discuss it with the bank. You can search by brand, by features, by height, by price, by material, appearance, etc. They have a huge variety from hyper-realistic to anime, various ages and body types and races and expressions, they even have a lot of guys which tend to be rare (especially short ones). I'm stupidly short so I needed one that was small and light without looking like a child, and they have notes for which options aren't available below a certain height. I wanted silicone, I wanted an Asian girl, I wanted a sweet expression, I wanted hyper realistic, and the selection is so wide that I actually DID find one that met all my nitpicky specific requirements. She's been shipped so anything that goes wrong now is out of their hands, but I have every confidence in the outstanding customer support should any issues arise. I've never bought something this expensive in my life and it's my first big purchase with my own income, and I have crippling anxiety, but the wonderful customer service was able to keep me calm and reassured throughout a nerve-wracking 6 weeks of worrying and waiting.

I have confidence in Kanadoll because several of my friends have dealt with this company to buy dolls. This is my second purchase from Kanadoll, my first order arrived promptly and in perfect condition. What I like most is the range of dolls available from many different manufacturers. It’s like a supermarket of dolls. All of my questions were answered and I was given good advice from the staff. I have found Kanadoll to have the best prices for quality dolls.

Hello everyone, here is a quick summary of my experience with Kanadoll. It has been pretty good. I Bought the 65cm Ganyu and she is Lovley. Very good product quality a whole lot of accessories. My shipping label got damaged while in transit, so it took a while for it to arrive but the customer support was Really helpful.
I do recommend the Kanadoll shop if you want good products for a reasonable price👍

An actual work of art. Customer service was excellent and the workmanship and attention to detail from the factory was above and beyond. The total time from ordering to delivery was just short of a month but it was worth it.

Purchased a torso from Kanadoll. It wasn’t pricey (over $500) so I wasn’t expecting high quality. I thought I was purchasing from the US warehouse but apparently I didn’t do it took a little longer than expected. They sent me photos of the torso (w/ head and arms) and it look just like the pic on the website. Once my purchase reached the US it arrived at my place pretty quickly. I opened the box to find that what they sent me did not match the photos they sent. Same design and all, skin tone was very dark. I wasn’t too happy about the bait and switch photos. I checked my order and I didn’t realize that I had purchased the torso with tan skin. The website photo was NOT tan and the photos they sent me it was NOT tan skin either. If they had I would have canceled the order and reordered with the lighter skin tone. But I didn’t want the hassle of returning it so I just dealt with it. After a couple of uses I noticed that there was a sloshing sound coming from inside the torso. I’m always careful when cleaning. I even put a plastic bag around the neck and held it with a rubber band. Apparently the back of the vagina cavity wasn’t sealed and there was a hollow area just behind it. Either a design flaw or a manufacturing defect. I emailed Kanadoll to let them know. I got a nice long response telling me no refunds on custom orders. Which it wasn’t, it was a “purchase as is”, absolutely no changes. The email also said it was my fault for not checking it out when it arrived. I’m sorry but that issues was in a place where it is not visible, I can’t even stick my fingers in that far to check it. Just FYI, I did not request an exchange or refund when I emailed Kanadoll. Their response put all the blame on me. This was my first and last purchase from Kanadoll. First the bait and switch photos and then blaming me for a defective product.

The customer service was really good. I got a quick response and all my questions were satisfactorily answered. The doll was in good conditions except for the back part, where there was some hard impressions left on it which may be due to the doll was placed on that position for long on the hard surface inside the box. And the most important thing is that I had expected the TPE body of the doll to be more softer than what I have received. I hope in future company will manufacture more softer body to provide realistic effect. Overall the doll is good and good looking just as shown in the advertisement. Thank you.

Fast discreet shipping and after the head was made, an email with pictures of it was emailed to me to make sure I was happy with it before it got sent to me! They are also willing to send me a free gift for a review and the headstand option is actually something I wanted to get after this purchase anyway! Overall professional and friendly. Product was packaged well to avoid damage and is of a quality construction.
