Extremely disappointing on every level poor teaching, unprofessional behavior, and the worst homestay experience I’ve ever had

Good customer service and teachers are helpful

They let us have an invaluable time with people from all over the world, and I cannot explain how thankful I am to Jeff for everything he had done for me since it would take pages if I tried to write.

I really enjoyed my time at Kaplan Toronto. I learned a lot in 8 weeks, and I think I am going to do the experience again, later in a few years. The staff and teachers are really helpful, and I always felt welcome everywhere.

I enjoyed the school soo much! I‘ve been here since the beginning of march and with Kaplan I had the best time of my whole. The staff and teachers here are awesome! It is 110% worth to study abroad! I improved my English a lot during this time. I also made a lot of friends and created unforgettable memories.

Beautiful school located directly on the SBCC university campus. High-quality courses with well-prepared, motivated teachers. Very friendly and helpful staff. Santa barbara is a lovely, quiet and safe town. It was an incredible experience!

I really enjoyed my stay in Edinburgh. The school is really good and I met so many beautiful persons.

Very good level of teaching

I would not recommend this school to anyone. If you are a high enough level, for example c1 you do not learn anything. and hours at school are just talking with classmates (so if you make a mistake no one corrects you and you will continue to make the same mistakes), once. a week 10 minutes of listening, and 10 minutes of writing where corrections do not exist. the teacher marks acronyms such as (WC=word choice) but you do not know what is wrong and what the solution would be. the staff I had to deal with was rude. Ms. EMAN with a problematic mii a, when I was explaining the situation to her she laughed in my face. it is a lack of professionalism and education because she is there to solve my problems and is paid for this. gheizzaa responsible for accommodation responds after days even when there is a problem. I contacted her they showed photos of how dirty the family was asking to notify the family and she contacted the family two weeks later. all the guys are close to the school and in nice neighborhoods and they put me in the middle of nowhere an hour and a half away from the school. the title is due to the fact that whatever problem you have if you pay they help you otherwise nothing. it's a machine where they want to eat as much money as possible without giving a quality service. it's a very renowned school but deciding to come and have an experience with them is the worst decision I've ever made in my life.
