Amazing international experience !

I spent an amazing one month journey in Kaplan Los Angeles! I really enjoyed the diversity of people, activities, I learnt a lot the morning at school, and practice my English with the international student in the afternoon visiting the city. It's a rich multicultural adventure !

Nice environment and dynamic teaching

A great experience for 2 weeks. The environment Is nice there are people from different countries Teacher are very professional and dynamic . Liverpool is a nice city to visit. There are many interesting places. I recommend it!

I had an amazing experience with…

I had an amazing experience with Kaplan. I learned a lot and truly improved my English.
When I arrived with an A2 level, I was lucky enough to join Peggy’s class — an incredible teacher who is truly gifted at what she does. Thanks to her and Bruce, who believed in me and taught me all the essential foundations, I was able to reach a B2 level.

It’s because of them that I made such progress, and they’re the main reason I would come back to Kaplan.
Unfortunately, once I reached the B2 level, I felt like I was stagnating and not learning much more, although the teachers were still very good.

It was a wonderful experience — I learned a lot, met amazing friends, and improved my English and confidence.

Incorrect Accommodation

The course was fine, but I was charged for accommodation with better conditions than the one I actually received. It has been two months and several complaints, and I still haven’t received a refund.

According to our records, you were booked into Glassworks ensuite accommodation, which is where you were initially placed for four weeks. You then moved to Vita Student accommodation for one week. We understand that the Vita room did not meet your expectations based on what you had anticipated.

Our Customer Care team did offer you a refund for the accommodation discrepancy and reached out to discuss this matter. However, we did not receive any further communication from you at that time, which prevented us from processing the refund.

My experience was amazing

My experience was amazing! The school is in a great location, close to most of Liverpool’s main tourist attractions. The team is fantastic, especially teacher Katie — she’s the best teacher I’ve ever had in my life! Her classes are interactive and dynamic, and I made so many friends there.
