Today I deposited £100 got a £100 match bonus which was nice. I won £544 after I wanted to with draw but hadn't completed the betting requirements but it did let me withdraw £266 but lost the bonuses which is fine by me as I've made £166 profit. Had no hassle and money is in my bank as of now

Deposited £10 I won quite alot and met there wager requirements it's been nearly a week and I still cant withdraw any of my winnings customer services just keep gobbing me off with a technical hitch

Iv had the worst exspeirence with fthis company. I used my boyfriends card to deposit. They asked for verification with a hand written letter saying it’s ok from my boyfriend, fair enough. So I did this and send all the documentation 3 times everytime I’m declined. Iv sent my id mine and my boyfriends picture of the card Iv screen shotted my deposits took a picture of the letter sighted by both as requested. I even took a picture of my boyfriend holding the card they dident ask me to do that but I did just so they had a bit extra verification that it was just someone else. Nope everything declined makes no sense The funny thing is the withdrawal is for £50 iv been waiting nearly a month now and still no progression with the withdrawal I don’t know what else to do I suppose they make life hard for people. They quick to take the money but not so fast to help you receive it. Honestly this is the worst site Iv ever been on. I understand the security but iv done what’s been asked and they still ignore me. I’m so outraged a comapany can do this take your money then not want to give any back. I found a lot better sites then this one. THE worst betting site in he uk by far and as for the rating on here it just goes to show.

Scammers offer welcome bonus when you sign up of bet £0 get £20 bonus so I opened a account bet £10 losing the bet so they get my £0 asked them for the bonus they then told me the company do not offer a welcome bonus😡🤬🤬🤬 so they get my £10 and can’t withdraw the other money I put in for 90days and charge a fee to withdraw my money

This company requires investigating. Free offers are not awarded, irrespective of meeting the T&C's, and rejected due to 'management reasons'. Ah but the 'good' news is that they will still allow you to place unrestricted bets on a site that's full of bugs with the obvious intention of maximising your deposits but not honouring any winnings and / or rewards.

Been waiting on a pending withdrawl for 2 days. Got an email to say I’m verified and when I requested a withdraw I was asked for my card I deposited with. I send this off as soon as I got the email and my transaction is still pending. Been on chat and sent them an email but no reply from them. They were no checks when they took the funds from me but when I want to withdraw I’ve been left waiting. I’ve sent all ID and proof of card I used and the funds have to go back to but they’re still holding my money. I feel this is bad practice as they charge you to deposit and withdraw and when you want to withdraw that drag their heels to stop everything going through

Not gonna use karamba anymore. Only used for about 2weeks the obvious problems with this site is they take commission from your deposits so you have already lost before you play @ 2.5 % per deposit and if you do win and withdraw you need to pay £1 withdrawal fee.
The odds for sports bets are with the average standards but its possible to find slightly better odds else where too.

Customer service is terrible they constantly lie telling you to expect emails which never come .
I tried a withdrawal 2 weeks ago found out I'd withdrawn to wrong card .it took over a week to get customer service to change it.
Then when I did withdraw there was a message on live chat saying payments might be late due to alot of people winning!!
My withdrawal for £800 once changed to correct bank took over the 5 business days! Contacted customer service they said my bank might have declined payment! Phoned my bank they had not received any payment from karamba so I was shocked to find later that day an email from karamba.com saying funds were being returned to my account as they were declined by my bank! ( blatant lie!)
Contacted customer services again and they said I would receive email to explain what's happening ( never came)
Tried to withdraw money again only to find karamba had blocked my card meaning I had no way of withdrawing money! Once again contacted customer service they said I would recieve email!guess what! It didn't come!!
This company should be banned I warn everyone not to use them! It's the worst company iv EVER USED!!

Terrible customer service! I've been a loyal customer for the several years. Apparently I had a platinum membership , joke. I couldnt get for 11 days stupid 60 pounds withdrawal ! I've contacted via email Karamba casino 3 times and no answer at all ! Today annoyed with them I've decided to close my account, so I've open a chat, explained the situation in one message(told them also i want to close my account) and a person just answer me that they closed my account....no explenation, not even trying to hold a loyal member ! what a terrible service

Can't fault the website really good and good games but the only thing is I've updated my documents and it's still has not processed my withdrawal but waiting if the can get that sorted I would very happy recommend this site to everyone

Scam company frauds held back my 140 pounds which I won football bet. Was messaging for hours after the bet won asking for my money, then went on a slots game which said i had free spins, played them and now they are telling my I used my whole 140 pounds which they hadn’t even payed me yet. DO NOT USE THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU IF YOU WIN!!! And also why on earth if a 2.5 percent deposit charge in place? Joke of a company never come across one as bad

Let me explain how the scam works.

1. They will apply bonuses to your account without your knowledge even if you have requested to remove all bonuses.

2. They will make you wager unfair amounts. And use bugs as an excuse.

3. They will ask for verification docs if you try to withdraw and always decline them.

4. If you try to argue with them, they will close your account and pretend that you requested it to be closed so if you try to make a charge back it looks like you are in the wrong and access to your information is impossible.

They will rob you and try to make it look legit.

Please do not use this site.

£10 Bet at 4.1...normally returns you £50,Karamba does not return your stake. You receive £40. Daylight robbery, screen grab available if requested. Document uploads needed have to be perfect or you don't get your money, if they aren't good enough for minor tech reason they don't tell you and you don't get your money, been a nightmare getting my £340 payout and still haven't got it after jumping through hoops. W@nkers.

Over the past few months, I've played on a couple of online casinos. Some I've won, some I've lost. Fair game.

Most (Read: all but Karamba) casinos will verify your identity within minutes to 2 days. From there, you can withdraw and expect the money to be in your account within about a week. NOT WITH KARAMBA!

On September 29th, I won 2500$ on the site. GREAT? Guess again.

Upon winning, I proceeded to follow the cashout procedure, enter the informations required for a wire transfer and send along a couple of documents for identity verification. All is well so far.

The required documents are fairly standard, driver's license, bill from the past 90 days, picture of the CC on file.

Now, it's been almost a month and my ID is STILL NOT VERIFIED. They've requested more documents, another copy, told me my card had been cancelled and that I needed to provide proof that I no longuer had the card (I still do and use it everyday) so I sent them pictures of it multiple times. At this point, I'm pretty convinced it's about to be a case of identity theft.

My withrawal request is still pending and even after providing all the documents they could ever ask for and talking to (useless) customer service every couple of days to check on it, they either tell me I'm missing this or that or it's with another department for verification and there's nothing they can do to speed it along.

You may win a large amount on this site but don't expect to actually get the money.

If i could rate this one star I would. Absolute scam of a site. Deposited quite a lot of money on this site. Went on to find account disabled. Messaged chat to be told I requested for it to be closed on the 9th of October. This was on the 11th that I messaged them. The 10th is the day I spent over 1000 with them. So how could I have deposited on the 10th if my account was closed in the 9th. I was still playing on the morning of the 11th for them to close it on the afternoon. Getting nowhere with chat just keep sayin escalated to higher management. Jave not had one email off them about what had gone on. Disgusting but I will not give up. How dare they tale my mo ey when my account was supposedly closed by me!!!!

Update!!!! Been told full refund is on its way to me will update whem I recieve it

Update into the 3rd week and account still getting reviewed for my refund??? What is there to review?? It is my money what I am owed. Has not been sent. Got transaction numbers checked with bank. They never had any money. Still waiting on responce will update accordingly.
