it has been 6 weeks since i have requested withdrawal of my winnings.
they are continuly asking for photes etc.
I have sent over 15 different photoes, documents, bank statements etc... iam yet to receive my money.

scam, they offer a welcome bonus then say you are not allowed it after making a deposit and making the bet as instructed and have many fees along the way

Would inevitably be zero stars but hey ho..... With the introduction of VAR I like to place bets on whether there will be a penalty taken in any given match Let's face it, it is a lottery whether the ref will award one.... There was a string of matches in which I was successful, approximately 12 out of 14 matches.... Guess what.... Karamba management decided not to make this type of bet available to me without any explanation as most likely win too much..... PS... My stakes were circa £15-£20!!!!!!!!!

Similarly. They run a free to enter competition open to all who have joined Karamba called Karamguess where you predict 4 scores every Saturday and Sunday for a month and then top 50 people are awarded a free bet from £25-£200.

I did really well from this competition and have had rewards averaging £100 per month in free bets....

Guess what 2????- Management have taken the decision to remove you from playing this free guessing scores game!!!!!!!

Go to another bookmaker whose Customer service is 100% better than Karamba or Bet Regal(sister company)... Likewise their website is worst in history, constantly crashing, literally every 20secs or so culminating in it taking you about an average of 15 mins to get a bet on.....

I’ve only given one star because I have to! I won quite abit of money and it’s been 56 hours since I won it. Was told to wait 48 hours and if I needed to send proof (already have) it’s be the full 2 days and a further 2 days to check it! None of this is in their terms and conditions and they keep fobbing me off with a routine security check. Their advisors have constantly lied to me and I still haven’t received my withdrawal. DO NOT USE THIS SITE THEY ARE A JOKE!!!

Played two very well know games, won 18 quid on one after 60 quid in. then played 50 on another won nothing. I feel so stupid, this site has crap reviews for a reason.....but I still let them have my money. I am a dumbarse!!!

I withdrew funds successfully to start with, a few times, and then when I won around £800 they wouldn't let me withdraw it. THESE ARE NOT BOOKMAKERS!!!!

I'm looking at all these bad reviews I can honestly say I think they are great I £20 sport bet won 2k and withdrew received the money in 6 hours or less.

Scam, will let you win a bit as a new costumer.. after that, you will just constantly lose, you will not ever win anything in here.. I have spent so much money in here, without any profit..

i was playing here for the first time. happy to win something i tryed to withrawal. but there was sayed then i need to play still for 720 euro. i did it and win nice amount f monay in the end. i tryed to withrawal 1500 euro. i sended driver license and post with adress, and after one day i receive information then my withrawal is canceled because i was playing higher then 4 euro. thats insane rule! that was last time then i was playing karamba! the worst online casino in my entire life!

I read these reviews after I had deposited 100 and was about to cashout. I figured I wasn’t going to get my money for sure, but thank goodness I tried!! One of the easiest and quickest payouts I’ve ever had. I uploaded my documents when I requested payout without being asked and I was not delayed or hassled in any way and when I woke up this morning, $1800 in my bank account by wire transfer. Less than 48 hours from withdrawal request to cash in my bank. Completely hassle free. I’m a happy girl.

I have used many online bookmakers and I can confidently say that Karamba are the worst. The site is buggy and poorly designed, but those are minor issues - the worst thing about Karamba is the standard of customer support. When I tried to withdraw funds from my deposit balance Karamba kept me waiting. And waiting. And waiting. They state on their site that paypal withdrawals take 0-2 business days, but they managed to take weeks to process mine. I waited one week after first requesting my withdrawal before contacting customer support, who told me they were having issues with their payment department. I waited another week and was then told that my account was under review by Karamba’s compliance team. That was concerning because I had already verified my account. After a third week of waiting for payment, I asked them about their formal complaints procedure. I was told that I could make an official complaint by sending them an email and I did so immediately. Unfortunately this was a complete waste of my time. Five days later my withdrawal was still ‘pending’ and there was no response to my email. I then asked support for Karamba’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Provider contact details. They refused to provide this, insisting that I continue to wait for an internal response to my complaint - which should have been addressed within 3 days per the Gambling Commission. I went through their terms and conditions and found that their ADR provider is thepogg.com (and that official complaints can also be made to the Maltese Gaming Authority). You are supposed to give a company 8 weeks to resolve a complaint internally before involving an ADR provider according to the Gambling Commission (disappointingly, I could not find ANY information on what you should do if a company ignores your complaint), so I instead filed a complaint on askgamblers.com (if you encounter similar issues with Karamba or any other online gambling site I would highly recommend using this service). In my experience Karamba’s customer support was extremely poor. They provided me with a number of inconsistent excuses as to why they hadn’t processed my withdrawal and the company only greenlit the request when I got a third party involved and published my complaint on a public forum. I had to wait for over a month for a withdrawal that should take a maximum of 2 business days. If you are thinking of using Karamba, I would strongly advise you not to do so. If you have had issues with them I would encourage you to do the same as I did - raise your complaint on the askgamblers website and contact the relevant ADR provider after 8 weeks if your complaint is still unresolved. Don’t waste your time and money on Karamba. There are a number of decent online bookmakers out there that won’t mess you around like this. Seriously - use them instead!

Bad bad bad!!!! Signed up checking I would get the 100% match bonus only to be told I skipped that step and it was irreversible!!! No bonus and no free spins on sign up!! Utter a@$#oles!!
