Im Not sure yet About how to rate site …

Im Not sure yet About how to rate site over all I tried to contact customer service and no answer. Site stated that free shipping over $39.00, My order was well over that and I was still charged a shipping fee So not really sure about this site just I would have to rate after I receive my items and How Shipping goes.

1 month. Still waiting...

I've been waiting for my order for over a month now. Customer service keeps giving the same answer "we're waiting for the vendor to send us updates" I've reached out to the BBB.

Karmaloop is very disappointing

This is not the first time that I have ordered from Karmaloop and the order just never shows up. I have send maybe 18 emails and I still cannot get an honest answer as to why they cannot tell me where my order is. I ordered a month ago and I can't even get a refund. This is not the first time this has happened with Karmaloop, and I will have to shop at other online marketplaces that have a better track record. I wish I didn't have to write this review, but buyers must be aware that they may be losing the money they send.
