I ususally have great interaction with them, the last order I placed, I never received one hooded sweatshirt that I was charged for, have had some trouble getting in contact to straighten out matter. Holding out hope for it to be resolved. I've also returned a jacket to street dreams, the sizing was a little larger than i had expected and was hoping to exchange for a size smaller, or be issued a refund and re order. To return the 140$ jacket cost nearly 30$ and I've yet to have any response or funds retured to my account. I know this is the holidays and things may be hectic so I am going to give them the benifit of the doubt for the moment. I really hope these issues can be resolved, as I really do love the selection and have been shopping them for years. I will follow up with a review pending the arrival of this order and hopefully the positive resolution of past order. I hope this isn't indicative of a larger problem.
