the product has kept my computer/phone/tablet safe from nasties for over 5yrs, fairly easy to use/understand the product, customer service reply's quickly and helpful with any questions, very happy with the product overall.

Doesn’t work with my iMac 10.11.6 x el capitan

I have used Kaspersky on all devices for years, the 10 device option represents excellent value for money, the safe money and safe networking (Total Security package) are particularly useful, the website filtering and safe kids settings are also for grandkids when visiting. The VPN is restricted to 300Mb per day on the Total security Suite, this is the only limiting issue with Kaspersky.

Simple to use on all devices and does the job effortlessly in the background without any hassle

Having used Kaspersky for some years, it is always a bug-bear when renewal emails arrive. To do so via the email will result in you paying an exorbitant price.

Research online first and you'll find cheaper options. I used Amazon this year and it saved me about £70 for the Internet Security for 3 devices for 2 years.

It's a good product, but customer loyalty means zilch unfortunately.

Really good products, very easy to use. Complete security that gives you peace of mind. Easy to install.

I have used kaspersky for many years and can honestly say the technical support team are all very helpful whenever you need any kind of support. I will definitely be using them for many more years.

At least twice a day, when I first switch on the computer and also later in the day, I receive a notification telling me there is a problem to connect to My Kaspersky. This never happened with the 2020 edition. The My Kaspersky icon disappeared from the desktop and I am not able to replace it.
My Samsung Galaxy A40 started to countdown the 2 year licence straight away even though I still had 20 plus days remaining on the old licence.
These problems are ongoing so date of experience is meaningless.

Happy to renew our subscription with Kaspersky Total Security, always important when banking and spending online.

Keeping safe online is more important than ever these days and I’m so pleased I’ve Kaspersky looking out for Trojans,Scammers and thieves trying to get my private information. have been with Kaspersky a few years now and find it quite safe secure and quick to block malicious sites only fault i have had is when sending e mail enquiry regards renewal nobody answered my communication so could do better in that department.

Kaspersky products are very good I use most of them, Total Security, VPN
Sometimes dealing directly with Kaspersky can be a little challenging, always directed at a bot, which I hate because you never get the answer you need.
Many colleagues say that I don’t need AV any longer as Microsoft does a good job. I am not convinced, I will be sticking with dedicated AV for the foreseeable future, Kaspersky maybe or maybe not, I will evaluate the new products
