Very trustworthy. Even more effective.
Russian tech companies such as Kaspersky have gained a bad reputation during the past year due to the war, being labled as spyware and backdoors among other nonsensical titles.
As I have been a user of Kaspersky and Yandex products for around a year now, I can confirm that they are completely trustworthy. Infact Yandex (another large russian tech/software company and competitor to Google) has done a great deal to change Russia's stance on online privacy as a whole, making Russian net privacy tighter than ever for foreigners and mainlanders alike.
As for the quality of Kaspersky's apps and services, they are superb and rival any sort of western affiliated product I have used in my lifetime. Everything produced by Kaspersky is very user friendly and accessible, the style of the software is great and I would happily keep paying for their software for years over.
Overall, as a citizen of the United Kingdom, I am very satisfied with the products and services that Kaspersky provides.
Thank you for everything you bless the internet with!

Have been using Kaspersky for the last 15 years, if you want a security suite to protect your privacy and security online there is no better, for value and ease of use it's my go to every time.

Wished to combine phone, laptop and desktop into 1 payment but nothing on site to help.
Recently purchased seperate kaspersky for new laptop but laptop had to be returned so i have paid for something I no longer have and again there was no help to transfer this over

I'm using Kaspersky products for more than 15 years now and I'm still very satisfied with their solutions.
God help us all
Firstly, customer services are pretty naff. The download wasn't straight forward either. Kaspersky found incompatible software, it kept telling me it was deleted, but it wasn't removed as stated. It wouldn't let me save the key code because something to do with auto-renewal, eventually when my license had expired, it accepted my activation code straight away, why it couldn't be done like this in the first place, probably because it is Russian. I have given it 2 stars because of the hassle it brought me. As I am writing this, yet again an incompatible software has been found, yep .... it's the same one, but Kaspersky keeps saying it is deleted after my reboot, then it checks again and finds it ....... I give up
Auto-renewal cancellations
I recently bought a new MateBook and needed to cancel auto-renewals on one already dead, and one dying machine. It's something I was unsure how to tackle but luckily came across the clickable gateway to Kaspersky Lab Support. Within a matter of hours of providing the two activation codes, Douglas and Darwin had arranged the cancellations and confirmed the license for my new machine was active. A really first-class service. I'm pleased to have chosen, and continued to use, a Kaspersky anti-virus program since I started with a home computer over fifteen years ago.
Charge you unreasonably
I paid for 12months subscription for the Kaspersky software but since got the software my phone kept frozen. So deleted the account to stop automatically renew and removed the software from my phone. But couple of days later, they charged me again about 30 pounds without any notice!!!
Great!
Used Kaspersky on android for a few years now and never had a problem. Fast updating and scanning and very easy to use. Will continue to use for the foreseeable future.
Don't buy anything else.
Have relied on kaspersky for a while. I wouldn't buy any other a this is so reliable.

Internet security works well
Internet security works well. The VPN have no Latvian servers available.
Back to Kaspersky and now feel safer.
After using Kaspersky for a number of years I decided to try another security suite, but I'm back, you can't beat Kaspersky Total Security.
I particularly like the safe banking module with it's green border and the virtual keyboard. You know you are safe with it.
