I had a problem with a malware and…
I had a problem with a malware and trojan infection, which was preventing me connecting to my Kaspersky protection which I had foolishly disconnected.The chat line immediately connected me to an SME who reviewed my PC and then spent 4 hours sorting the problems. He was superb, giving clear explanation of what he was doing. I rate him highly.

Fast and easy purchasing and setting up process. Very good features with premium version but there is a fair bit of setting up to do. Contacted support with a good service response so reassured that made a good decision in purchasing from Kaspersky.

Great Product
I really like the product from Kaspersky and have purchased it for quite a few years but for some reason,I alway have trouble with locating the download and installing it. I am fairly confident using a computer but always seem to have this issue.

I just feel safe with Kaspersky always get help when I need it and have been using it for many years and have had no problems, call centres are helpful and there are tools free to download if you have a problem so I like it and will stick with it.
