I have been using Kaspersky for many years, and the reason I choose it is because it doesn't make my computer resources busy and covers me from viruses 24/7, I run it on over 50 computers and it is the best

It was easy to install, but not so easy to install on another computer,

In short words, the best app in this domain.

Easy to download and apply to my computer.

I’m satisfied by using this kaspersky protection on my devices because of internet security but something new to do forward to a great satisfaction is the protection update without connection.

The process of renewing my subscription is always tedious and frustrating. The instructions are long-winded and at times unclear.
I have found this to be the case each time I renew. It's time the whole procedure was clarified and simplified.

Had problems downloading and installing. It overwrote what was left of the previous version. Apart from that no other problems and your products always work well; I have no hesitation in recommending you to my friends.

Good cover for all my items and ability to track and trace item and turn off or wipe my item if stolen.
Only draw back is the ability to add new code which seemed a lot harder this year and did not alto renew the voucher like other years

Great outcome. Online chat was a bit ropey initially but eventually bounced me on to a remote session. It took a while to get through it but Nick was sooo patient and stuck with it until he'd managed to exorcise a demonic French version of Kaspersky that I had been struggling to uninstall for ages. He then downloaded the latest UK version and even activated it so I could not be happier.

I have tried many programs over years but I always choose Kaspersky as it reassures me. The green line round bank details is good. Others tell you that you are secure but I like to see it.

Kaspersky is doing well to cater for everyone, and still managing to keep different kinds of clients on-board regards features, updates and prices.
The scandalous treatment by some misguided governments was weathered professionally by Kaspersky, and that in itself provides proof of security and mitigation of abuse for the average user

Overall kaspersky is excellent. No problems really. The only issue is i am still on version 2021, are we ever going to get a new version? It is meant to auto upgrade when a new version arrives and still no sign. The last new version came in 2020.

I have bought Kaspersky antivirus for a number of years however I recently cancelled auto renewal which they acknowledged. I renewed it myself and not only did they take more than the invoice. I am still being continually hounded to renew my license ... I will never, ever deal with them again.!!!!

It is very easy to set up new account so that I can scan my entire PC very quickly. It was found out some threats.

I spoke with a number of advises, around user issues & each advisor was very patient.

I recieved the exact support that I needed!

A friend of mine actually did all the re booking for me and did not appear to have any problems.Notifications came through immediately.All good so far.

I had a slight issue of my causing and Kaspersky dealt with it in a smooth, stress-free and professional manner. I was very impressed with the online help. So far so good.
