I found it very difficult to navigate this
I wanted to cancel but couldn’t find the subscription. Nothing was easy. I managed to candle future subscription and would never recommend this

Just bought 2 years cover for 5 machines for £22 which represents good value. I've never had a problem with Kaspersy so will keep using it

So far fantastic Security Package. Easy to understand functionality. This is why I switched from BitDefender!!

Your customer service dept was excellent and helpful when I could not activate my new package.

Kaspersky total security 2022 one year 10 devices (emailed code by Amazon) bought following years of regular satisfaction of protection from Kaspersky. Wanted to have a physical copy but these days downloads or emailed codes seem to be in fashion. The big doubt is obvious as Russia attacked Ukraine with World wide distaste from the majority of Countries. So this year I did think of not buying Kaspersky because of Russian link but after checking various reports decided to 'chance' its use as apparently it has no link to the government and is entirely a separate entity so seemingly the good side. Anyway my previous use has made this the very best choice to protect devices as others I had used in the past were slower and less affective (Norton and Macafee being the slowest and chalk and cheese comparison to K). Would have given 5 star but for my doubt that I was doing right and the fact that just an emailed code version is now dearer than the old physical copies. SO, as long as Kaspersky is a separate entity can only highly recommend you use their products as from my experience they are the very best Internet security protectors by a Country mile.

Kaspersky is reliable and totally safe, meaning your Internet use is safe at all times!!!

I was guided through every step of the process of the renewal by a very patient young lady, following her instructions one step at a time without being rushed, when things were not going as expected, I allowed a secure connection to my computer to enable the installation to proceed by way of a on line tech who took over remotely and completed the download in next to no time

I had to implement how to complete transfer of information myself which I stated at 73 I could not do and had to ask my Grandson you sent me the information which my Grandson imported I told several agents that I could not implement information but they said it could not be done from youe end which was NO HELP WHAT SO EVER

Still the best anti virus and internet protection available.

the programme is to complicated for me don't understand the jargon you use have asked for a 100% refund to emails sent no reply not good enough i am now using a another programme a very disappointed customer pls reply to my request im a 80 yr old pensioner i cant afford to loose this money thanks

Kaspersky kept sending me offers only when I tried to accept an offer of internet security, I had to do a online chat only to be told done do the online offer as I had previously purchase else where well stop sending me offers through then if you don’t want me to purchase them

My Norton account was up for renewal and I thought why not change to save some money; finances are a little tight so I looked at Kaspersky amongst others. With the info available, I went for your good selves.
I had difficulty installing your software so I used your 24/7 live chat resource and all was sorted.
Lets see what the next 12 months with Kaspersky brings - Hopefully another great review!

I had a problem with auto renewal, as my bank card had changed since last year. I had updated my personal details via the links, but the renewal still failed.
I contacted customer help point and they cancelled the auto renew.
Then I had to update my personal details again, before I could purchase a new annual registration.
The customer support team were excellent, once I had grasped the procedure to what was involved and offered me a discount on my new sign up fee.
I am now happily protected for the next year, but wish the whole proceedure could have been simpler.

No problem when up and running - Kaspersky software does just what I wanted. However, the whole process of changing payment and software packages is an absolute nightmare. I spent a whole morning trying to sort things out!

All minor difficulties were resolved and the installation of Kaspersky Standard went off OK. Better would be to make clear that you don't receive a Licence Key to install downloaded installation files. Instead you merely login to My Account and it's done from there. This could have been made clear from the start - would have saved me time and anguish!

I used it for a year and then got messages saying they couldn't renew my subscription without my new card details (my old card being out of date). I didn't want to renew so didn't update my details. Somehow they managed to get hold of my new card details and renewed the subscription. I decided to put up with it for another year and deleted my account with them two months before it was due to renew again. I recieved an email saying my account and subscription were deleted. No emails about renewals appeared and today Ireceved on saying they had renewed and taken payment. They are a terrible company, this time I am going to make formal complaints about them.

I bought Kaspersky Internet Security from Amazon. I received a licence key by email and clear instructions about how to register my licence key with Kaspersky. The download and installation process was straightforward and the software was up and running in a matter of minutes. I have used Kasperksy Internet Security before - it runs in the background and is not too intrusive.
