Kaspersky UK 

Seems to seamlessly work without too much configuration although on install, it does not like the presence of malwarebytes on the hard drive.
Malwarebytes is only used once in a while to do a spot check and is not running all the time but Kaspersky is not amused at its presence.
It can be confusing to find some tools as they can be buried deep in the menu.

Total Security seemed fine for last 3 years but suddenly Password Manager refused to accept my login PW. Kasperky saying I have forgotten although I have to enter daily when I turn on my PC. Was advised to create new storage with all data lost. And a 'Sorry for the inconvenience' msg. Still subscribed for another 18 months which they refuse to refund!

I am a long time subscriber but I need to cancel. They just do not accept my password or order number. I need to speak to them personally. The phone number I saw will not connect . I have been through my bank statements and no Kaspersky. So I must have used my only credit card and that whole number and account has changed. Kaspersky is not clear about contacting them. What do I do? My sub is up in December but they say I have only until November 25th to contact them. I have been a good customer but the laptop I used is no longer working and I just want to cancel but I have now tried for nearly an hour. No joy!

I have tried a number of security products on my PC and always come back to Kaspersky. It is light on the processor and very unobtrusive, whilst picking up problems other software does not detect. I am a private individual user, not a company, and see no problem in Kaspersky's origins.

I personally dont think these companies know what they are doing. The product didnt pick anything up on my mobile which had been hacked. I've previously used them and paid a subscription when I had problems with another phone. They were not interested in helping me. I think their technology is too far behind what is out there now. Everyone should be tech savy now, and take their bank cards off their phones, its not safe.
Sorry Kaspersky UK: you asked for a review. Personally, I think you should update the quality of your product with the times for cyber security, otherwise your product is just a waste of time.

Very easy and straightforward process. Great product, great value for money.

Used Kaspersky for many years. Changes in adding more devices. Problematical. Android phones unable to uninstall Kaspersky and start again. Why is it so difficult? Codes seem not to be accepted. Parallel Technical issues with VPN service that repeatedly locks and have to reboot laptop recently. On Android password manager also issues. Last year I just used QR codes / links and added two phones and a tablet in less than 20 minutes. Now I need technical advice.

I feel I am paying twice for the same items. I upgraded the VPN but then a couple of weeks later, my yearly subscription came saying I already had it. There should be some control in place so this cannot happen. My VPN wasn't working until I upgraded to Premium version from the free one, but now I realise it should have been working already as I was paying for it in my yearly subs. Also my sub wasn't due until 27th Nov but was taken on 4th, so now I think I may have 2 of those running too with different dates

Have been with Kaspersky for almost a year, using first Total Security; Upgraded at weekend to Premium as I've been so impressed with the program. Excellent assistance, very quick to help online or phone. Can't beleive how much there is to it compared with other Anti virus programs I have used in the past!! Highly recommend 👌

I always use Kaspersky after being introduced to it by a friend. It works perfectly well for me.

hi i have just renewed but have no activation code has this been discontinued you have a new format aswell is this correct---do i need a code to renew---i have downloaded the standard application a few times---i have it now but it disappeared when i went onto the computer-today-and so had to download another application also does not show i have used the application on two android phones---i used my QR scanner--both phones saying we have so many days left of a free trial which we both dont want---anyway hope you can help !!

I am using this software for more than 5 years. I feel safe for me and my family. It didn't make system slow. It is easy to install and easy to use its features. The price is also reasonable.

Very friendly and satisfactor service.my request was dealt with quickly and I was very happy with the service I had. I will recommend kasperky inter net security to every one.

Recurring billing even though i canceled they still use recurring billing. their web site is very hard to navigate and canceoling subscription is dam near imossible. i regrett the day i ever bought their product.

i could not find the anti-virus section, northevirus update section, i could not get the app to work, i could not access the vpn immediately. Having used Kaspersky anti-virus for years i am greatly disappointed with the current (Premium) offering. I feel that i have totally wasted my money on what appears to be a load of rubbish

Only able to protect 1 device from 5 so far. Instructions unclear. In previous years of licence renewal there were no problems.

My last run out and I liked it so much that I updated it for 2 years

I was not happy that I still had over 300 days of my
Kaspersky Total Security still running until March 2023 but I could not download after a lock up on this computer and had to download Kaspersky Plus to get protected again.

Easy to use and a good professional security site that always keeps you safe online at a small cost per year get on it now don't let the cyber criminals steal your data

you are supposed to protect us from harmful websites but you failed and I will make a complaint against you for this
