I made my first wire transfer through KAST.xyz, a routine payment of a few k USD to American Express to pay my own Amex card bill.
They immediately sent absurd compliance questions asking what the “exact purpose” of the payment was and “how will the customer be using these funds.” The recipient is American Express, retards! The purpose is paying a credit card bill. American Express will use the funds by crediting the card account, which is the entire point of paying a card bill. This is not complicated.
They also asked for source of funds/source of wealth documentation for a normal card payment on the very first wire I made with them. Compliance checks are one thing. Mindless copy-paste bureaucracy that delays ordinary payments and asks nonsensical questions is another.
If a platform cannot process a straightforward wire to a major regulated credit card issuer without making the customer explain what American Express does with credit card payments, that says a lot about the quality of their operations.

SCAM and personal data harvesting!
They have collected all possible personal data from me, including my face, my tax certificate with all sensitive information, my registration data, and they still reject KYC and sending me a template answer with links to required documents which have to be paper documents.
In the country where I reside paper documents are not that common in some cases, yet they refuse to provide the service!
Beware and stay away!

That PENGU card is absolutely lovely🥰.
KAST is one of the strongest crypto cards right now, and has grown to be much more than that. What started as crypto-focused offering, is now moving mainstream. You don't even need to own crypto, you send in your USD, and spend with USD-denominated card, or withdraw to a local bank to your local currency.
The GOOD:
- Many options to offramp your crypto, many local currencies supported for transfers to local banks
- 1:1 stables to USD conversion, 0% spread, 0% conversion fees, 0% transaction fees
- Up to 5% cashback (3% in USD plus 2% in KAST Points)
- Unlimited Spend, a rarity in the industry (other cards have on average 10k spend limit per day)
- Raised $80M in Series A, growing fast - stepping on the heels of Revolut and Wise
The BAD:
- 1.75% Foreign exchange fee
- Points cannot be converted to cash yet
- 40$ Physical Card fee. Ok this one is not so bad actually.
- hm. What else. Not much else!
Overall, awesome card.

I absolutely do not recommend it. Your account will be closed along with the money; it's a scam.

I had a real experience with this company in the past few weeks. After finding their name on an internet search engine, I decided to apply. The application process was quite DIFFICULT AND CAUSED ME TROUBLE. After my account was approved and the card application and approval were completed, the most important service, the US dollar account application, was not approved despite me uploading all the legally correct and genuine documents to the system multiple times, leaving me in a difficult situation. Consequently, the customer representatives suggested that I could use other services without using this one. Furthermore, even though I transferred US dollars to the account, the account was not opened in my name, and I was left in a disadvantaged position. I do not think this company's services are sufficiently effective and efficient. They have very problematic and exploitative services and working methods; it is not a trustworthy company!I DID WRITE MANY TIMES AND THEY REJECTED MY REQUETS ALWAYS WRITING A FEEDBACK TO THEM HAS NO USE NOR ANY SOLUTIONS VERY DIFFICULT UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES

Genuine strengths - fast deposits, low fees, well-built app, fast and polite support
What pulls this down to 2 stars:
1. Exiting the region without a replacement or a recommended provider - users were effectively left to figure it out on their own.
2. Shared balance across all cards, with no option to separate budgets per card
Expected more from a team that built a genuinely convenient product.
was using as a card service since beginning, started on crypto conferences

Passports can no longer be used to open an account; the address I fill in is irrelevant.
Even if the account opening fails, KAST will not delete personal information. I don't know what the point of uploading the information is.Be cautious.

"I had a very poor experience with Kast. They claim to provide ACH/wire transfers to US accounts, but my transfer was rejected. When I contacted customer service, they had no information regarding the rejection, yet I was still charged fees for the failed transaction. Between the high transfer costs and the weak customer support, I cannot recommend this app. Be cautious of their claims regarding US transfers."

I’m trying to close and reopen my card because the app is malfunctioning, but the card button is not working. I keep getting an error in the app every time. Because of this issue, I will never use it again.

I was using the platform just fine but after overcharging $80 for a card - they announced that it will be disabled for my country and once I contacted with them about this - they refused to issue even a partial refund so I have paid $80 to use a card for 3 months with Hong Kong issuance where it's barely usable even online. When you try to make a purchase with the card online, it asks for 3d verification and there is no system for it anywhere on the app. $80 wasted. there are better alternatives folks, look for them. I wouldn't use their services ever again.

I’ve been using Kast for a while now and it’s been extremely reliable. Transactions are fast and seamless, the app is stable, and everything just works without friction.
What really stands out is the support team. They respond quickly, are genuinely helpful, and clearly know what they’re doing. You don’t get the usual back and forth or generic replies.
Overall, it feels like a product that’s been built with real attention to detail. Easy to trust, smooth to use, and one of the better experiences I’ve had with a financial app.

A good platform that has improved since before; it gives you a US account and free cards without fees.

I am warning everyone to stay away from Kast Finance. This app claims to provide a prepaid card service, but it is a predatory trap. Their system allowed my balance to go into a deep negative (-68 AED) by charging repeated fees ($0.50 each) for declined transactions.
In the financial world, a "Prepaid" card means you can only spend what you have. However, Kast’s broken system allowed over 40 charges to hit a zero-balance account without any warning, notifications, or an automatic card freeze. When I contacted support, they sent me a link to their fees and refused to acknowledge their technical failure, claiming the "matter is closed."
This is a clear violation of financial transparency and consumer rights. They are essentially creating unauthorized debt for users without a credit agreement. I have reported them to Google Play and will escalate this to financial authorities. DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY HERE.
My experience with KAST has been extremely concerning, and while reviewing other customer feedback I noticed something unusual regarding their Trustpilot reviews.
At the time of writing, KAST has a Trustpilot score of around 3.3 based on about 44 reviews.
Review distribution appears as follows:
• 5-star – 53%
• 4-star – 2%
• 3-star – 2%
• 2-star – 0%
• 1-star – 43%
While reading the reviews carefully, I noticed something interesting. Many of the 5-star reviews appear to have been posted on the same day — October 16, 2025. In fact, there were about 14 five-star reviews posted on that single day.
What makes this pattern unusual is that before that date, all of the reviews appeared to be negative (1-star). Then suddenly a large number of positive reviews appeared within one day.
Of course there could be explanations for this, but as a potential customer this type of pattern raises questions about whether the rating accurately reflects real user experiences.
My personal experience has also been problematic. My account was closed after a “security review,” and despite multiple emails since February 16, I still have not received clear information regarding the return of approximately $3,800 remaining in my account.
At this point I am simply requesting transparency and the return of my funds.
I hope KAST can clarify both the handling of my case and the concerns regarding these review patterns.
Update (April 2): I also noticed that KAST responded to multiple Trustpilot reviews on the same day (March 26), including mine. While I appreciate the public response, I followed their instructions and sent all requested details via email, but I have not received any further update since then.
From a user perspective, this raises concerns about whether responses here are being followed up with actual case resolution, or if they are limited to public-facing replies without timely action afterward.
Update (April 8): Following KAST’s response, I have already contacted support multiple times and provided all requested details, including after their previous Trustpilot replies. However, I have not received any meaningful follow-up or update regarding the resolution of my case.
While I appreciate the public responses here, the repeated request to “contact support” without acknowledging prior communication or providing progress raises ongoing concerns about whether cases are being actively resolved after these replies.

My account was suddenly blocked, and I fully cooperated by providing all the documents and explanations they requested about my account activity and funds. Despite this, the account was permanently closed, and my remaining balance still hasn't been returned or clarified. Unlike that experience, #centuryandhundred stands out with clear communication, responsive customer support, and withdrawals that are processed and paid without issues.

Reply from KAST
I went through the process and submitted my application, but it was rejected without any explanation. No real feedback, no clarification. The lack of transparency and poor communication makes it hard to understand what actually happened. With #centuryandhundred, the level of transparency is different. You are not left guessing with your money and withdrawals are payout promptly.
