Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, wish I’d looked on here before I ordered, rather than the carefully selected reviews on their website. Supposed to receive my order by tomorrow at the latest, but still no dispatch notification so clearly no going to happen and as it was for a birthday present it’s very disappointing. Customer service is non-existent, I’ve tried to query the reason for delay twice! Would strongly advise avoiding this company!

They sent my bag with the wrong initials on. I have contacted them 3 times and not heard anything back in over a month. Don’t bother with this shoddy company!

Previously great experience this time shocking. Had an order arrive with the main purchase missing and the delivery note had a line through the missing item but the gift bag for this still included. No email communication regarding shipping or missing item. Emailed the company…. They now report my item is out of stock, and automatically processed refund via email with no explanation. So I did the chasing regarding the bag, it was an important Xmas present ordered in time and now left me having to think of another present last minute at Xmas….. shocking

Shocking customer service!
Shocking customer service!! No ‘Happy to help’ attitude. In fact it’s more happy to not help! Regret making this purchase, wish I had read the reviews prior to purchase. Stressful experience. I bought this bag as a present on the back of seeing it on a daytime television programme. I will be letting the TV programme know of my experience!! I won’t use this company again!

Still waiting for a refund after 3 weeks , have sent proof of return and heard nothing! Hopefully they will sort this week . Well over £150 pounds and still not had it ! Is their an organisation to protect online shoppers ?

Poor customer service - awful website - costs unclear
Awful website postage costs and total costs unclear. I paid by PayPal and when I had completed my purchase another item was added which effectively Paypal should not have authorised. Calling them results in being cut off, and they do not respond to emails. This is my first order - a lot of hassle and I wont be ordering again.

2 x Wristlet bags both disintegrated …
I have purchased 2 wristlet bags from Katie Loxton and both have come apart at the seems which have totally disintegrated- used once for the first one and got the second out of the bag today to use on holiday and that’s disintegrated too - is this a manufacturing issue? Shockingly made and very disappointed

Bad Customer Service, would not order again
Lovely bags, have ordered and kept a few in the past, but terrible customer service. I had to return an order of 3 bags as colours came up different from the website, all sent back unused in all the original packing as received so no reason not to refund. Had authorisation for the refund approved by KL as well. Only received a partial refund for one bag. I have emailed now 4 times showing all paperwork proof of postage and Royal Mail tracking for their own pre- paid label tracking received in by them, but no response after 3 weeks and no one to speak to in customer service and main business number has a computer generated answerphone. Have now put in PayPal hands to investigate and made a claim
Amazing products & quality for low price
I have ordered from Katie Loxton a few times now and love all of there products the price is soooooo reasonable but the quality is still fantastic. Yesterday I ordered two pairs of sunglasses to come today as another company had sent me the wrong pair before my holiday they have come first thing this morning and are beautiful and packaged beautifully for such a great price. Thank you so much will continue to order.

I was reluctant to buy a bag after reading the reviews but I’m so glad I did, I got a back pack for my laptop and it’s the perfect size, really lovely material and good quality. I also really struggled to find a nice backpack that fits a laptop in so this was a great find.
Customer service shocking
Made a purchases on 21st March 2022 and opted for the delivery of 3-5 days. My confirmation email arrived as said to expect it on 25/3/22 which was great. I waited in and did not receive my purchase so thought id wait incase it came on the Saturday. Nothing arrived. I called up and spoke to a lovely lady who apologised and said that for some reason the purchase had not been picked and that she would do it that day (mon 28th) and that it would arrive the next day- tues 29th on an express delivery. It is now 31st march, I have not had any shipping confirmation which I was told I would receive and no parcel still. These were both gifts for mothers day and a birthday which have now passed, I emailed a complaint to which I was told they posted the purses but it’s the courier that they need to speak to, furthermore I am now unable to get in touch with customer services to ask for an update/cancel the order as it is no longer relevant. VERY annoyed and will never purchase again, shame as I love their stuff!

I love the brand but shame about the service this time round. I purchased a weekend bag from Katie Loxton but the tag was not sent with it, to which I was told that I would be sent out one with the initials. This did not happen, I was just sent out the tag with no initials, only to be told it was a mistake on their part to say it would have the initials… my husband also purchased a weekend bag for me, this did not come with the tag or the shoulder strap. The tag has since been sent out but the shoulder strap has still not been sent
Really poor customer service
Paid for 2 items to be personalised but only one was. Too much hassle for me to repackage and send back they did refund personalisation money. Poor customer service and attitude! Their error but they expected me to repackage and send package back! Goodwill gesture would have been more acceptable as product under £10! Not about the value but the experience - there is a lot of competition out there!
