Great website to get unusual nanoblocks/microblocks kits. Ordered two, one came without instructions and within a couple of days they'd sourced PDF instructions for me. Some people may prefer printed, I like PDF... so all good! Apart from missing instructions, order arrived quickly and in good state, well packaged. Not built the kits yet but very happy with service.

This has been a really, really positive shopping experience! Not only is the Kawaiies site easy to use, it's really accessible to disabled users.
After making my order, I was lucky enough to be selected for a mystery plushie as a free gift, and I can't wait to get my items!

Update: Received a refund from Kawaiies on 5/9/23. Kawaiies responded to my first email on 4/24 with a generic response and received no further communication or updates thereafter. A simple courteous update would have avoided this complaint.

It was not until I posted this on Trust Pilot that resulted in a response!

As reflected below, I asked for a follow-up regarding the status Five (5) times. I emailed their site, Messaged them on Facebook, and even sent it out on Twitter. No one had the courtesy to respond to any of my inquiries. The Only Platform that worked for me was Trust Pilot. A customer should not have to go through this many channels and spend this much time to get a response from a business merchant.

Kawaiies owners should really take a stronger approach to monitoring and training the staff for optimal customer experience and satisfaction.

This is the first complaint I've ever had to make for an on line purchase but here it is:

First time New customer received item from Kawaiis.com on 4/22/23. Item received had Rust/corrosion on metal ring that is supposed to be attached to the shirt (which was not). The material was subpar and did not look like 93% cotton as advertised (looked similar to a halloween costume material). Contacted Kawaiis via emails and informed of defect and sent 2 pictures as proof. Dates emails sent: 4/24/23, 4/25/23, 4/26/23, 5/1/23, and (5/3/23, direct message on Kawaiis Facebook website).

Their site states customer satisfaction and timely response of 48 hours but this has not been my experience. I do not know what else to do at this point but to take the loss.

BUYERS BEWARE - DO NOT BUY from this site. The owners In Charge should be accountable for the horrible LACK of customer service with this site. Would NOT recommend Kawaiis.com purchases based on this experience.

I’m on my second build, I have one in the post & I just ordered a forth!! Great service from beginning to end, I have yet to encounter any problems. My birthday is soon so I will probably be back;)

I know the site looks super scammy but I've got several items from Kawaiies the past few years and honestly everything I got still seems in great condition. I've mostly got plushies, so I can't speak for the clothing or anything else they sell. I will say some items seem a bit overpriced. I would understand if it was a small business or if the items were super good quality but for what they are they're asking a bit much. Overall, though, I live in the UK and the orders don't normally take too long and the items you get are pretty good. 4/5★, if there's something you want I would say it's safe to buy.

Great products, great customer service

I've ordered from Kawaiies several times and everything I've bought has been great. Recently part of my order went missing en route and when I contacted Kawaiies for help understanding the delivery tracking message from the courier they explained everything really quickly, worked out what had happened, and arranged a replacement to be sent out. I love the products, the website is beautiful and easy to use, they often have sales and discount codes, and despite being on the other side of the planet from me this is the first time I've had any sort of delivery issue and it wasn't Kawaiies' fault but they put it right anyway.

I emailed them about my order in the middle of the night , and to my surprise received a reply a few hours later. The person who responded helped me resolve my issue rather quickly and also worked with my additional requests. Great company and amazing plushies.

I had problems with an order. It was missing pieces and presenting a lot of troubles. I asked for replacements, then went further and even offered to repurchase the dragon part of the piece. The company ghosted me. I repeatedly emailed them and received no replies. The piece looks terrible and is shoddy for the price I paid. Would have loved some kind of professional resolution.
EDIT: To reply to their reply of my review, I offered to purchase a replacement of PART of the set, and you did not respond. I sent another email today.

Duvet cover zip broke and stitching came away after one use. Contacted the company twice to sort out a resolution but no reply. Very disappointed, wouldn't use again.

Frustrating, because the product was a gift that was well received!

Customer service was nice and cute! Products itself are also amazing!!

I was wondering about my package order status so I sent an email to Kawaiies and within the day I got a response. It was clear and provided me with the information about my order status. They truly care about their customers and I will be buying from here again. <3

Spent over £150 on 4 items.. shipping was fast but half the items felt really cheap and definitely not worth it. I bought a hoodie which felt like a primark quality and I paid over £50 for it... and it was on sale too. Whole bed set for £60, which came through and the quality looked like it was sewn by a 7 year old. Material was thin and the zip looks like it wont last a few weeks.

Only good thing was the hat and plushie. Even then the plushie had a stain on it which I had to go out of my way to clean it.
I emailed support... not a single reply. Definitely felt like I've been scammed.

Edit: they responded but now I don't get a full refund as I have to pay "a 5% processing and handling fee plus a 15% restocking fee for the items returned".... on top of that i have to pay for shipping it back....what? Instead of punishing your customers for refunding maybe have some sort of quality check on your products?

Edit 2: they have taken down the bed set page... I tried to leave a review but now I cant...pretty sus if you ask me.

My thoughts on their response:
"you bought many goods from us and you were not happy with it and wanted to return all the goods."
Well actually it was 2 items out of 4. I was not happy with the hoodie and bed set.

"We have clearly stated on our terms and conditions about returns, subject to the processing fee, this is processing fee is chargeable by the platform and it is non refundable and beyond our control. The restocking fee is warehouse rental and stock fee."
This is irrelevant argument, how comes so many businesses don't have the same refund policy as you? Surely you charging so much for your items takes into account logistics, overhead and processing costs. You just don't know how to run a business, and you operate solely on short term greed, praying on customers to suck it up and not refund.

"You cannot leave your feedback as the bedding set is out of stock."
It doesn't explain why you need to take the entire Web page down... a simple out of stock with greyed out purchase button would do? Now I can't leave a bad review for that item on your website... which again... its suspicious activity.

To top it off, it's been 6 working days since you've replied to my email about refunding my money for my items... it is very misleading to put "100% satisfaction" on your website. None of what I been through is satisfying at all.

I had a problem with a incomplete shipping adress. The Kawaiies team sent me an email notifying me about the problem, unluckily the email ended up in my spam. After a bit of time I sent an email because of the lack of progress with my order. I got a response the very next day and was able to fix the issue in no time after this.

I'm in love with this shop! Sure the prices are expensive but of course it comes with high quality! My best friend ordered me a huge bunny plushie and a bunny tea cup. The plushie was absolutely gorgeous and cutest plushie that I own! The tea cup, which was glass, was so carefully packed (a bit too carefully) so it was sure not to be broken along the way to my post office! I'm so happy with this shop even though it did take about 3-4 weeks to get here but it was so much worth the wait! Happily will be a new customer to this shop.

Received the Japanese Pagoda village set for Christmas. I paid extra for the LED light version, but was extremely disappointed to discover that there is no way to attach them, and we are expected to just "drape" the cheap string light over the model. The picture showing the finished lit up model is very misleading, as there does not appear to be a way to actually build it to look like this.

I absolutely adore all the collections that kawaiies sell . They are beautiful & are made of really good material . I bought my daughter Bruce the frog & the watermelon cow , she loves them both so much . The only negative thing that I can say is the length of delivery is a bit long . I don’t think it should take 3 weeks for an item to reach its destination . Apart from that I couldn’t recommend their products more ! They really are great .
