Never received
After about a month of not receiving my package I decided to reach out to them. My package was sent back and I was never notified about it being unable to be delivered even though all my information I had given was correct. I asked how long it would take to fix the problem (no response). When I asked about getting a refund (this is a Xmas gift I ordered back in October) they said they would reship and send a new tracking #. Haven’t heard from them in 9 days since then.

We have automatic tracking system to notify of your shipping process.
The first parcels were sent out, but USPS logistic could not find your address as stated in the first tracking order. Then the parcels was lost in the USPS system, and it was not returned back to us, but we did not charge you for it, and as a goodwill gesture sent out a new reshipment.
However, it appears that USPS is having the same issue with the reshipment parcels, USPS quoted " A new delivery attempt is ongoing". It means someone tried to deliver it, but failed on 28th Dec 2022.
We have no control over USPS action and it is very hard for us to contact them in USA from UK. Nevertheless, we are aware of this issue and have not forgotten you. We have sent emails to USPS to ask them. Maybe if you can kindly contact your local post office and advise them. Kind regards
Good quality, as described
I wasn’t sure at first as it’s always a gamble ordering from abroad. I was quite reassured by the online reviews so decided to give Kawaiies a try.
Happy I did! They kept me informed, replied to emails promptly and were really helpful.
I ordered a hoodie, which arrived in good time and, most importantly, is really good quality and just as described. Would use again!

Great quality plushies, arrived in good time. Emailed the team to check on the whereabouts of my order (delayed in the UK due to postal strikes) and I received a really helpful reply quickly from them. Excellent customer service.

My package from Kawaiies got mixed-up…
My package with two plushies from Kawaiies got mixed-up because of the higher amount of orders during the Christmas season. Kawaiies had written the correct address onto the two parcels but a logistical team put the two parcel into one parcel and wrote the wrong address onto it. After contacting Kawaiies they answered very quick in my opinion and promised to send me my two plushies. It is not my first parcel from Kawaiies. Therefore I know that they usually send the right items. By the way the plushies from Kawaiies are really adorable cute little joy bringing products I can highly recommend.

One pillow case turned into two!!
Was disappointed that only one pillow case was delivered with a queen doona/ sheet set. Kawaiies sent a new pillow case after reading a poor review I had posted somewhere else. They were so keen to rectify the error; when I just thought I’d ordered poorly. Would recommend and order again from Kawaiies with no hesitation.
