Great communication and service. Repair to front of car done to exceptional standard and brought what looked like a new car back cleaned and polished. Would definitely recommend. Very quick only 3 to 4 days for repair.

Absolutely worst place to take your car…
Absolutely worst place to take your car for a repair. After seeing negative reviews of this garage online I told my insurer ESURE I would prefer a Mercedes garage for the repairs to my car but they insist this is the garage they use for repairs. They did a shambolic job of fixing my bumper, screws missing, new scratches and bumper not even safely secured to the car. I took my car to the Mercedes garage to check the repairs they said even their apprentice would never do such a shambolic job.
A very sketch place apart from doing a terrible job their staff you speak to on the phone is very rude and they even refuse to send me details of what they actually replace on the car which is just ridiculous, the person on the phone said it’s not in their contract to tell me.
Till no none of this is resolved, over a month now. Save yourself the stress and never go to this place for anything

Great customer service
Simon was brilliant and kept me informed all the way through. They arranged to collect my car from work and just made the whole process so easy from the start.
Long wait for parts at the moment but it's absolutely not the staff's fault and they were so good at keeping me updated and chasing up what I needed.
