Waiting time is shameful

Waiting time is shameful; was brought by the ambulance at 10:12 pm , Sunday evening . It’s 2:07 am Monday and still no resolution!! They make you feel miserable while in pain having to wait for 4, 5, 8, 9 hours! I’ll have to choose between going to work ToDAY without sleep, which I can’t cope with; not yet completely examined, or I’ll have to miss today’s work day thank to them. This is ridiculous! You come for help about a health issue and you end up with a budget loss issue!

Impossible to get a refund even when it…

Impossible to get a refund even when it is due. Paid deposit on an online masters degree, cancelled well within the allowed 14 days but a month later still can’t get a refund. They have no mechanism for properly sorting it out. I’ve been sent from email to email , six different sub divisions of departments but I haven’t had any confirmation they will refund at all. They shouldn’t be offering online courses if they can’t live up to clear rules allowing refunds.

Meanwhile the accepted companies like Vinted 2.0...

BEYOND FRUSTRATING

Most frustrating experience. I’ve tried to get a few very basic questions answered and unfortunately I am meet with generic responses that are not helpful at all. It’s impossible to get through to someone. How are you supposed to study here!
