The flat was clean and comfortable. It was nice and close to the town and also convenient for catching the bus into Canterbury, or the other towns near by.
Also nice and close to the seafront for lovely walks. I would definitely stay again.

Just beautiful apartment, anything you needed to ask they gave me a quick response, also they left a Christmas tree as I requested this as I was staying there for the Christmas period the host are aging and helpful I will be booking with them again in the near future

What a total holiday from hell !!
We booked direct with Adrian for a short stay in Maidstone after being let down by another air BnB we entered the first house at 5:30 to find two broken beds in the front garden! And the nextdoor neighbours van touching the bins over the gateway then we entered the house and wow stained carpets and a sofa that i would not have let my dog sit on!! The bathroom was dangerous broken tiles and screws sticking out the wall and the garden well 👀 the fence was blown down decking broken with holes and just not even able to be out there safely. We then was offered the second house !!
This house had no parking we had to park streets away the garden again was even more dangerous with broken glass cans and a cupboard with no door with tools and petrol cans in and generally rubbish everywhere a make shift fence between the houses where a dog lived no garden furniture to sit on carpet coming away from. The stairs making it dangerous to walk up and down !! When contacted about this he has gone silent on us !! I have contacted him with photographs of these houses !

Beautiful apartment and great hosts who were quick with responses if we had any questions. Would highly recommend staying here as the location is ideal right near town and quiet.

Local to town center and beach

All good thanks clean and tidy and well presented.

Neighbours left a lot of rubbish outside the front door. The security lock on the front door does not feel secure, anyone walking by can spy the code from afar. Other than this the place was OK and comfortable enough, and it’s a good central location. Thanks

Arrived to a clean and warm apartment which was great on such a wet and windy week.
The “user manual” videos were good and it was great not to have to carry keys around though another video about controlling the shower would have saved us from a chilly experience at first.
The apartment is close to the sea and the town centre restaurants and shops and while the kitchen was adequate tea towels would have been useful.

The house was warm, and had all of the essentials. The rooms were all as depicted in the photos. The shower was mediocre, however, and the mattresses were uncomfortable.

The place was very old fashioned, not very well maintained, not very clean at all

Everything was straight forward and the environment was very clean.

No free parking, which was one of my major requirements. TV was complicated. No microwave. And was not aware that it was a basement flat. Very. Disappointed.

Located 5 minutes from town and 10 minutes from the beach. For a small cottage it has a lovely sized bathroom and adequate kitchen, small livingroom but cozy. Upstairs comfortable main bedroom and twin room only downside no Upstairs toilet but no room to fit one. Very cute stair lights fitted and handy gates at top and bottom of stairs if with small children or pets. Small outside paved area.

Great apartment, excellent location just a short walk from the beach, shops, restaurants etc.
Communication was outstanding - check in simple and well explained.
Reasonable price.

Spacious basement flat. Huge kitchen Big rooms Taste and class in every corner up to the chandelier in the bathroom. Half an hour walk to either the west cliff pebble beach or the east cliff which is the main sandy beach of Ramsgate. extended the check out to 6 pm for 65 pounds
