I purchased 2 Hozelock 2n1 compact hose reels, price paid was very competative, arrived within a couple of days well packaged. Have not had the opportunity to setup and use the product as yet but wanted to leave this positive review for the company.

I never leave reviews but this company are fantastic.. fast delivery, excellent customer service, faultless. I was nervous about spending so much money with a company over the Internet but I had nothing to worry about. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased a set of 6 spotlights from this company. I noticed that one of the bulbs was different to the other 5 but thought nothing more of it. 2 months after purchase the set broke. I contacted Keengardener and made them aware of the different bulb. They immediately acknowledged they had made an error by sending this different bulb as it had increased the amount of power going through the transformer therefore causing it to defect. The immediately sent a new transformer and bulb to me. Great service and very prompt. I would use this company again

We have ordered two items from KeenGardener and when a mix up with the second one occurred it was dealt with quickly effectively and with friendliness. Will consider them for all our gardening needs

After searching for a gas BBQ that was not "designed in X and manufactured in Y" I was put in touch with the Keen Gardener website. The Napoleon P450RSIB was on offer and it's designed/made in Canada. As I have little spare time I added in the assembly costs to the purchase. Unfortunately the delivering company damaged the side-burner shelf but this was made good with no quibbles. I found the technical advice and follow-up service to be excellent. This is a very stylish and corrosion-resistant BBQ, being made of protected aluminium and 300-series stainless steel - necessary as we live next to the sea. Everything worked first time - the rotisserie was purchased as an afterthought and delivered within 2 days. Am very satisfied!

I needed a pond filter urgently before my fish were consumed by green! I decided upon a Blagdon Minipond with UV and scoured the Internet for the best deal, which came from Keen Gardner. A spare UV bulb got me free delivery and having made the purchase through Quidco, some cash back too. From order to delivery took 28 hours. As other have said, all credit to KG for using DPD, who I consider the best delivery service available. Just one word of warning about the filter, make sure the UV bulb is screwed in fully, because there is a safety switch and I thought the light had failed. The filter has been running a couple of days and the water has improved considerably, especially considering how bad it was.

The service received was fantastic ordered a Weber Q BBQ late Tuesday evening and was delivered on Thursday. What's more was given a one hour time slot for delivery and could track right to the knock on the door! This with free delivery and a price that could not be beaten anywhere. Thanks Keen Gardener.

Purchased hozelock rectangular sprinkler (320m2 coverage) for a new lawn of 140m2 size. The sprinkler barely covered 100m2 on its maximum setting despite having normal water pressure. Contacted company to notify them of poor coverage but ended up in an overly complicated and long-winded discussion via email where I was told that one way or another it's my fault! Their customer service was more disappointing than the coverage of the sprinkler. Never have I ever experienced such poor attitude by a company who's product is genuinely not functioning as described. It's been a week and guess what?? They are still throwing emails at me full of pathetic excuses but not actually offering a refund or taking responsibility. I guess this company is okay if you want to make an online purchase and then accept whatever turns up at your doorstep without any complaint or refund but if you're unlucky enough to receive a product that isn't fit for purpose then you can forget about getting your money back - you're stuck with it! Will never shop here again and will warn family and friends. There are much better and professional companies out there who will offer a no hassle no quibble refund without interrogating you like the police. Never again!
