Purchased a Weber gas BBQ in the afternoon. It arrived next day, well packaged and to the front door having received an email with a one hour delivery time slot. Superb, could not be improved on.

I have to say that from the moment I called the good folks at Keen Gardener, I was impressed by there efficiency and friendly manner. I was querying a delivery date on a web order so decided to call them to confirm some details then ended up doing the order over the phone.
The gentlement I spoke to was both friendly and knowledgeable and answered my questions about my new Swiss Grill gas barbeque with useful advice and was more than happy to give me some hints and tips to get the best out of it. I will definitely be ordering from Keen Gardener again and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Great prices, fast delivery and great customer service, well done indeed!!

I was really impressed with the regular communication regarding the progress of my delivery. I was able to follow its journey from despatch to delivery to my door , with a given hour span of delivery. Never had service like that before!

This is my third purchase from Keen Gardener and, as before, I'm very happy with the service. The price was very good and delivery took just 48 hrs to arrive from the point of clicking. I would also add that I had a slight problem with one of my earlier purchases - it wasn't the fault of Keen Gardener, this was a Hozelock product - but Keen Gardener immediately dispatched a replacement at no charge and with no fuss. I will certainly use them again and would recommend them highly.

Missing part on delivery dealt with by customer services quickly, efficiently and in friendly manner.

Hoselock products are extremely complicated but your staff helped clear up all my problems.

I needed a firepit for my sons birthday, because of the British weather! I wanted to keep everyone outside. A Firepit is a great idea, as you can all sit round it, not like some wood burning devices. It Looks good and kept everyone warm.
Keengardener were very nice and helpful on the phone and delivery was exactly when they said it would be.
Just awaiting a cover, they said they would contact me when they came into stock - lets hope so.

Great service from Keengardner, they kept me updated throughout the whole buying process and delivery was fast and really easy. I would certainly use them again as i found their prices to be the best online.

Apart from the very competitive prices, their service , communication and choice of delivery company made my experience with them first class.
Their delivery company DPD has to be mentioned as they kept me informed and gave you an hourly delivery slot !!! So no waiting in all day for the delivery and next day delivery.
Defiantly both companies highly recommended .

I needed a hosepipe that I didn't need to lug about, however, it does need a strong pull to unwind the whole 40' but the ease of putting this hose by away far outweighs that. The delivery was quick with a helpful driver - carried the package into the garage for me. I would not hesitate to this company use again. Thanks

I would thoroughly recommend this company. They were so helpful on my telephone enquiry & then again when I was coming in at a few pence under free delivery (I bought a pack of seeds to qualify & they refunded the postage charge!).
I have no hesitation in recommending them.
