We recently moved into our Keepmoat home and have been reasonably happy with the layout and build quality. However, the real standout has been the aftercare. New builds always have minor snags, but Ol... See more

Adam has been excellent helping us through the buying process at Bassleton Meadows. He has kept us updated throughout and has been available to answer questions when required. A first class service, thank you.

Oliver Morrison did a great job sealing my kitchen. He was tidy, professional, and used high-quality products. Really pleased with the result and would highly recommend him.

Received excellent customer care from Keepmoat's Jason today. Very pleased with work and polite, prompt attendance.
Repair of sealant around front door and filled in and finished the gap between stair wall and skirting. Thank you.

I couldn’t be happier with the work Andrejus has done. From start to finish, he went far above and beyond what was expected. Not only was the quality of his decorating absolutely outstanding, but his attention to detail, care, and professionalism truly set him apart.
Andrejus took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions that made the final result even better than I had imagined. He was reliable, tidy, and incredibly hardworking, always making sure everything was finished to the highest possible standard. It’s rare to find someone who takes such genuine pride in their work.
What really impressed me most was his willingness to go the extra mile—nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he consistently exceeded expectations in both service and results.
I would highly recommend Andrejus to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy decorator. I will definitely be using his services again in the future.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and customer care I have received.
Since moving into our new home, we have been dealing with ongoing issues that remain unresolved despite countless emails and phone calls. The communication has been unacceptable — we still haven't been given a clear timeline for when these problems will actually be fixed.
The quality of workmanship is extremely poor. Repairs are carried out to a very low standard and often have to be redone. For example, our bath and shower were unusable for over two weeks, and when they were reinstalled, the work was done incorrectly. Old silicone was not removed, the walls were damaged, it was not properly sealed, and it leaked, with water running from under the bath into the kitchen. This is completely unacceptable.
In addition, we are dealing with a serious moth infestation that was reported even before the handover. Instead of addressing the issue, Keepmoat dismissed it as “normal in a new home” and has taken no responsibility or action. This shows a complete lack of care for customers. I have already spent a considerable amount of money trying to resolve this myself, and the problem still persists.
There has been no accountability, no proper updates, and no respect for our time, money, or the inconvenience caused.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before choosing this company.
We were interested in buying our first home towards the end of last year. We looked at numerous different homes but no one impressed and seemed to care about finding us the right home like Gemma from Edenhill gardens did. Throughout the whole process Gemma continuously went above and beyond for us and constantly updated us both on progress (the weekly photos made our Fridays) as well as answering our 1000’s of questions and still continues to do so now we have moved in. Overall we are happy with the house we bought and any snags get resolved promptly. To anyone looking at buying on this keepmoat site, so far we would recommend it to anyone.

We visited Cambridge Green development on Friday to view The Killington. Heather was very informative, explaining all the aspects of the house and development.

James not only helped replace our patio locks but also helped with the main door locks which took some moving to get open. It was not on his list of things to do but he went the extra mile to fix when he noticed me struggle with it

We had the pleasure today of having James, who assisted with repairs around the house. He arrived punctually, demonstrated professionalism, and was exceedingly helpful. Thank you very much.

I am incredibly disappointed in Keepmoat’s choice of parking contractors.
I have visited my retired parents here many times on weekends without issue. However, on Mother’s Day, my two brothers and I were all hit with £100 fines each (£300 total) for parking on the roadside when the driveway was full.
While there may be signs, the implementation of these restrictions is clearly designed as a "trap" rather than a helpful service. To target a residential estate on a day like Mother’s Day - knowing families will be visiting elderly parents - is cynical, predatory, and deliberately unkind.
People buy Keepmoat homes believing they are moving into a community. Instead, Keepmoat has employed a company that effectively isolates residents by making it a financial risk for their children to visit.
If you are considering buying a Keepmoat home, be aware that your family may be fined £100 just for coming to see you. A deeply disappointing and "un-homely" experience.

James from customer care @ Willow heights fixed our door problem very nice and quick on the 3rd of march. Sorry for the late review. I wish everyone will be as good and thorough as he is. Thank you again!

Sell the parking rights on their sites and charge visitors for visiting on Mothering Sunday, avoid these charlatans if you can!

I would like to make it clear that this review is based on one issue, but this has followed several other problems that I have tried to resolve with the company directly, unfortunately their poor performance and bad post sale service had lead me to the score given, I would not recommend this company at all.

Craig was brilliant - thorough and efficient. Respectful of my house - ie took shoes off, covered furniture, swept afterwards. Had two days in my house fixing snags - sanding and painting and he was always smiling and friendly. Couldn’t have hoped for a nicer bloke.

Keepmoat have been useless I had a leak Xmas eve 2025 downstairs from my onsuite and they said that my warranty has ran out and they can't help with my issue.
I have had a baby previously and I have mould growing on my downstairs ceiling due to the leak coming through.
Had a surveyor and plumber out and all my onsuite tiles are cracked which over time has seeped through the tiles and leaked through to downstairs!
I have all pictures and videos and proof but no body can help and my house insurance have said they can't do nothing as it's due to POOR WORKMEN SHIP!!
I am appalled that I have been left in this situation due to poor workmen ship and NHBC can't even help they are just as useless as keepmoat

The customer care team are very quick to respond to any queries about snags or other issues regarding the external site. Often, minor things can be fixed on the same day by their staff who are all very friendly and helpful.

The aftercare Keepmoat offer is very good. We've had a few snags around the house and Keepmoat have dealt with all of them. Really happy with the service and the build of the house.
