I placed a 3k order for footrest in…

I placed a 3k order for footrest in brass for my commercial bar. They sent silver. I contacted customer support and they wanted me to ship back the silver bars before they would ship out the brass ones I ordered. Unfortunately the original packaging was thrown away as soon as my contractor opened it. So I was left with figuring out how I was going to ship back 6ft bars. I ask if they could ship my brass ones out right away as I was under a time restraint and located on the west coast. (They are on the east) I offered to send a picture to show they sent me the wrong ones. But they refused to send out the new ones until they received the old ones. In my opinion they should have fixed their mistake without expecting me to ship back the wrong ones. Expensive yes but again their mistake! Don’t make it so difficult on the customer to get what they ordered.

At first, I wa hesitant because of the reviews but then I chatted with Ben, one of the customer service representatives and I did bought from them after several questions. The products are beautiful and already tried them . Fast shipping. Excellent service. Highly recommended. I’ll buy again

Worst Customer Service Ever!…

Kegworks has the worst customer service EVER. I called during posted business hours to try and track my order down; they said they were closed. I then tried to live chat from their website; got no answer. I sent an email; still no answer. In short - they have my money and I have no product. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

They charged to ship and when we returned the item, we paid shipping to get it back to them. So we paid to get it and return it and any taxes on shipping. I will NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. Find a place with easy to work with customer experience policies.

I bought two 64 oz growlers (by accident...they wouldn't take one back). After about three or four fills it would no longer hold pressure. I tried a half dozen cartridges and all of them just blew out. It's a cool idea but it simply wasn't implemented well. I would not buy.

I bought one large order of bar towels.

I bought one large order of bar towels.
Their fabric quality was poor except for the Guinness brand. The order did not qualify for free postage so the charge was an additional $12.50. I reordered more of the Guinness bar towels and again they charged another $12.50 for postage.
I called customer service to return the poor quality bar towels bought earlier. They refused to refund any of my shipping fees and charged me to return ship the poor quality items.
A costly endeavor.

What a horrible company

What a horrible company. They place orders with manufacturers, forget about the order, don't communicate with the customer and then are surprised when a customer calls in about an order that is a month old that hasn't shipped. They tell you that since the customer (me) didn't call in to check on the order, they're not responsible for the delayed shipping. Of course I did the same thing assuming they were a professional company with a system in place to prevent this. Then, they blame the "pandemic" for production delays (That excuse expired at least 6 months ago) & offer a measly 10% off for their incompetency. It's funny how these "production delays" solved themselves the morning after I called checking on the order. They can't even own up to a mistake and try to make a customer happy. I smell bankruptcy in the near future if they deal with competent customers. I would highly suggest you use a different company.

I order a 4 faucet all glass absinthe fountain from kegworks. And of course FedEx treated like a.football and it was completely shatteted. I contacted customer care. And they answered in within 24 hours. They asked for pictures, which I provided and within 24 hours they shipped a new one with extra packaging care and lableing. It arrived today 09/05/2020.I assembled it and am using it now. It is a very nice quality all glass Absinthe 4 faucet Absinthe fountain. Cost about 40-50% less than Amazon. Or Alandia. And the customer service was just as good. This seller rivals some of the best sites out there. And the quality and customer service is just as good. I had no problems getting the damaged fountain replaced. I love the fountain. And if you know how to handle glassware. Then save yourself some $/ kegworks is a legitimate seller with customer service just as good as anyone else on line. Try them I think you will come to the same conclusion as me. And if YOU love Absinthe and want to prepare it in the traditional way than this fountain looks and functions and is made to the same quality as alandia .Try kegworks they do not dissapoint!!!!!!!. Don't believe me,than import one at twice the price and wait twice as !ong. For delivery. And if it is damaged wait a month for the competitors replacement when a U. S. A based company like kegworks will get you what you want in 1/2 the them and 1/2 the price

I'm not saying don't buy from them but....

I'm not saying don't buy from them I'm just saying this experience was subpar and their nonchalant approach didn't make me feel like they were actively trying to fix their mistake. Ordered the item July 13,20 was charged immediately, its now Aug 27th and they are hoping it gets shipped by Monday but they really cant say.
I want to right a novel about how annoyed I am at their blatant lack of concern, but instead I'll say they took no responsibility for their mistake and just kept blaming the manufacturer and telling me it wasn't personal. Which was actually insulting that they assumed my intelligence was so low I couldn't fathom that they actually just messed up and were trying to hide it.

Need to work on refund policy

To be fair, this review is 60% FedEx's responsibility and 40 Kegworks, but I think it still needs to be said.

Kegworks offers two-day delivery on their products through FedEx. It is expensive--$15 for a few bottles to be delivered. I ordered on a Thursday. It is now Monday and I have an expected delivery window of Tuesday. I needed my items Saturday and now I won't have them for their planned use.

Kegworks apologizes, but does not refund shipping when their products aren't delivered on time. I don't want to come across as whiny, but if I'd known I wasn't going to get my items in time for when I needed them, I certainly wouldn't have spent $15 for nothing. I think it's pretty unreasonable for a company to refuse to take accountability for their shipping guarantee. The least I expect is a refund on the shipping. Doesn't even have to be on the item itself--I'll still find a use for it--but the shipping should be refunded.

In a separate review I could spend forty paragraphs listing reasons that FedEx deserves a star rating far below one star, but that's not on Kegworks. All I'm putting on them is that they should strongly reconsider their policy when it comes to refunds. I will not be purchasing from their website again because I have absolutely no guarantee of getting what I need in the advertised window, and no way of being compensated if I spend money on shipping that doesn't happen.

Great company - My Jockey Box is sweet!

I ended up buying a new Jockey Box with dual taps and it is killer. I am surprised at how well this thing is built. The coils are tightly wound and much better than teh older styles. 5 Stars for product quality and service!
