A very kind and polite young man, Charlie not only found and fixed the problem, he went out of his way to try and assure that it remains fixed. Top chap!

Amazing service by Abdul today, was told my internet would go live last week and no internet since, even though another engineer was sent out to check the line. Very efficient and got my broadband connection online.

Just had a visit from Nicky Shaw from Kelly Group. He fixed my broadband and was really informative about why it had gone down. He was friendly and respectful of my home.

Abdul Odushoga came in this morning and was very polite and professional, he sorted the problem in good time and went on his way!
