Great service today from Andrew Tomlinson 😊 After ongoing problems with my WiFi service Andrew solved these quickly and efficiently.

Normunds. What a great guy. He delivered a 5* service. There was no WIFI at all to the rental property I have just moved into, which I didn't know. Infact, there were no wires behind the socket for the Openreach/BT line at all which is why my new SKY Broadband box wouldn't work. Normunds was at my property for over 2 hours and moved my connection point to the lounge and did a very tidy job inside and out with new wiring. Top, top job and a superb employee for the company. Hossain. Was a very helpful and very quick at fixing my broadband. He was really polite and his customer service was excellent. I was very happy with his service.

Big shoutout to Reside. His installation was very neat and tidy, he asked me where I would like components mounted in my property, and on top of this, was very nice to chat with whilst he worked. My new internet is working perfectly. Big thanks to him for his great work.

The engineer arrived on time and was very polite and helpful. He checked multiple things to ensure he found the cause of the problem with our broadband and explained clearly what was wrong and what he'd done to rectify it. We were reassured and Charlie said we could contact him if we had any further problems. Very impressed with the service he gave us.
