I had an excellent experience with the…

I had an excellent experience with the engineer Andrew Tomlinson who came to fix my crackling phone line. He quickly identified the problem and explained clearly what was causing the issue. The repair was carried out promptly and very professionally, and the line has been working perfectly since.

What really stood out was his friendly and approachable manner. He took the time to make sure everything was fully resolved and that I was satisfied before leaving. It’s rare to come across someone who combines technical expertise with such great customer service.

A very efficient, knowledgeable, and personable engineer – I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andrew Tomlinson.

Excellent service

Abdul came out today to fix a broadband issue and provided excellent service. He was friendly, professional, and quickly identified the problem. Everything was sorted efficiently and he made sure the connection was working perfectly before leaving. Really appreciate the great service. Thank you!

The Engineer who attended my property to examine an intermittent Internet fault was polite, friendly, and professional. He gave me clear explanation of what he was doing on the results. Before leaving, he advised how to contact him for seven days following his visit.
