They were prompt, professional, and walked me through every step until everything was fully resolved. What really impressed me was how quickly they identified the problem and got it fixed — no runaround, no waiting days for a response.

The response from the support team was very quick even on a Sunday evening. That is much appreciated. Also the answer was simple and it fixed my issue.

I accidentally purchased the product twice and emailed Kelvin Designs and I was immediately refunded without any hassle! Quick Response to my questions.

I was having an issue installing "brush stroke" presets so I reached out for some support. I sent out a request for help late in the evening and by the morning I received a response and resolution to my issue. Brush stroke presets are meant to work in Lightroom Classic and I was using the cloud based Lightroom. Since I decided not to change to the classic version I was given another bundle of presets in lieu of the brush stroke ones that I couldn't use. Great support. Thanks!

I purchased some Presets some time ago and was completely satisfied with them. I used them very often, and imagine my surprise when I changed my iMac and upgraded to Lightroom CC and I was no longer able to use them, I couldn't import them. I tried numerous attempts with various clumsy solutions. Everything until I asked for help and I must say I found total support, explaining and showing me how to do it! I was on cloud nine! Thank you, not only did you help me, you showed attention to customers, a business card that goes beyond simple sales. Thank you!!

They do have very good courses and products on post processing in Photoshop and Lightroom.

This rating is for the customer support they have extended.

I made a mistake of ordering the same product twice and hence my account got debited twice.
I contacted them on the issue, and they have made a refund of the extra amount.

The same was made within few hours of raising the concern.

I re-order a software and didn't realize I had put that order in already. Thank You Kelvin for your honesty and notify me of this.

I was pleasantly surprised with Kelvin’s Ai prompt PDF sheet for mid journey - I thought it was going to be just basic stuff based on the description. It does include the basics but in a well formatted very descript way, it also includes several techniques for merging images that I found extremely useful. I used midjourney several years ago. And I’m just starting to pick it back up. Back then it was like the wild west, and you’re kind of figuring out what’s going on all by yourself, but the sheet clarifies things and lay things out in a very clear format for you to understand, and cleared up a lot of (past) confusion for me. So if anything, going over the basics was helpful confirmation of things that will work as opposed to just guessing, and not truly understanding how midjourney truly operates. They might have more clear direction on their site now, but this Ai sheet is thumbs up. 👍🏼

I purchased a couple of LR presets from Kelvin Designs and was concerned that they may not work with my LR CC. Shout out to David for promptly working with me to resolve this issue by offering options and solutions.

I got a fast response with detailed instructions, the only thing I would like to see is a video on installing and using the presets. I'm still trying to get it to work.

Kelvin Designs are nothing short of out of this world. Great value for money, easy to use and very likeable folks.
