Very fast shipment (bought a display).
Seller probably sent the display before i even payed. ( payment in Cardmarket can take up to 4 days).

Great customer service and even greater products. Was immediately contacted by the seller and given great instruction how to follow up on everything, which very nice.

Excellent MTG web shop. I ordered lots of draft booster boxes for really low and fair prices. The boxes arrived outstandingly fast and were all in excellent condition. I bought via Cardmarket.com and the seller provided really detailed information about the package.

I’ve ordered from Kelz0r four times now, every time was overall a very smooth and pleasant experience!

Packaging:
It’s always really well packed with a lot of care with bubble wrap and usually those air pillows. My last orders contained both bigger and smaller items - big packs in the bottom, smaller ones on top, ETBs and tin box on the side so everything fitting perfectly. It might seem logical but not all stores pack with that much care.

Items always arrived in pristine condition for a very good price as well. I mostly ordered Pokémon related items and also tried a comic book at some point, not a scratch anywhere at all. I could easily keep the items sealed if I wanted to.

Customer service:
Really great. I’ve always been treated with respect and felt they truly care for the customer to have a good experience. I’ve had a couple of issues with the postal service for my last order and the people at Kelz0r made sure it was taken care of (parcel got shipped back to them and then right back to me in a matter of 3 days).

Only once did they make a mistake where I got the wrong item (right binder but I had ordered one that could hold 480 cards and received the 360 cards version). I decided to keep the item and as soon as I contacted them they refunded the difference in price.

I’ve seen people complain about some items being out of stock or not in stock right away but that’s how most shops work as they usually have suppliers, especially when having such a huge range of quality products. There is no scam and if an item you bought is out of stock, Kelz0r just won’t take the money for that particular item, no worries to have there :)

Overall a wonderful experience where I get to enjoy my items and my collection safely, not worrying about the outcome!

This seller sent the wrong item. The image on the site did not reflect the product recieved. It also took about a month for it to arrive since they had to purchase the item i bought from a different country, which is really poor management of them. Bought an unsealed box of 24 mini figures which was suppose to have a chance of getting 30 different character but i was sent a store samlpe box which had 24 kopies of the same 8 figures. All they could offer was a 40 procent discount. Almost a 100 euros for an item i wouldn't pay 10 euros for. And I also chose home delivery which was not fulfilled so had to drive out if town to pick it up. Had to go through the danish ECC to get any answer about a refund on the extra charge for home delivery. Overall a very poor experience with a largely poor system and quality control.

I've ordered multiple pokemon products from this seller from their shop to Belgium. Always was without problems & fast shipping. He is also pretty quick to communicate. Would recommend!
