I chose my items, paid and then got a lovely message with details on shipment, tracking information etc. And within 36 hours, the wares were in my hands: Perfectly packed, perfectly sent and always, always constant updates re packing status, shipping status and very nice communication. I highly recommend this seller and will shop here again (shipment from Denmark to Northern Germany).

First: for the very nice, friendly and very proper way of helping me when I called shortly after placing my order and a few questions came up
Second: for the very fast shipping and delivery. I thought I would have to wait at least two weeks (from Denmark to the Netherlands), but instead and to my surprice I received my order only 5 days later! Great service!

UPDATE:
Kelzor still reacts with 0 understanding and plays down the importance of an intact packaging.

What they call "very small cosmetic blemishes" is in fact holes that are bigger than a 2€ coin in the packaging.

Stay far far away from them, they probably buy damaged products and sell them as "new" condition for profit.

Their excuses are laughable at best and they should finally react to their customers feedback.

They tried to get my feedback from this page by reporting me.
Instead of reporting your customers feedback I would suggest doing some courses on how to improve customer satisfaction.

Review:
Dents and holes on the booster boxes.
Two orders in a row had the booster boxes (10 pieces - 6 pieces damaged) with significant damages that should have been clearly stated.

The company placates the customer despite the clear loss in value, claiming the box packaging is worthless and is meant to be opened anyway.

The market seems to view it differently:
Booster box with 36 boosters = €160 (€4.44 per booster)
1 booster = €2.90
Thus, the box alone increases the value by 35%, as there are people who collect boxes.

Definitely, there is a saving on shipping materials, quality, and understanding of the customer's perspective..

The seller was super fast with responding to any questions regarding the product. The shipment was super fast and arrived earlier than expected in perfect condition. Would totally order again!

I ordered many booster packs and booster boxes, they all arrived few days later completely wrapped in protective paper! Absolutely 100% satisfied, I will definitely buy from them again :)
