Deceptive sales practices
Ordered a game that showed as if it was in stock.
Got an email after ordering that it would take 1-3 weeks to ship, because they don't actually keep games in stock. They sell stock they don't have any then try to source it from a distributor.
It doesn't state anywhere during the checkout process or on the page for the item that it's unavailable and is on backorder.
If you want to find this information you need to go reading the small print in the terms and conditions.
This is incredibly shady and anti-customer.

We are sorry to hear that you feel you have had a bad experience shopping with us.
There seems to be some misunderstandings, however.
We have many thousands of products in stock locally, but, as mentioned on the webstore, not all items in our large catalogue are stocked locally. Most products are ready to ship in 10 days or fewer, with a few taking longer to have ready to ship.
Due to the large amount of incoming orders, as well as changing stock levels with our large network of suppliers, stock status and estimated processing time for orders can only be confirmed when an order is being processed. Sadly this means that it cannot be shown ahead of time on each individual product.
However, as mentioned during the checkout process, if you have a deadline for an order, we suggest that you note that in the comments field when placing the order. That way we can inform you right away if something is not possible to deliver before the deadline, and sometimes we are able to do something extra to ensure that the order arrives before it is needed.
