i ordered a Gorenje fridge freezer at a competitive price. The communication with Kensington from Gareth was frequent and helpful when there was a supplier delivery issue. My fridge freezer arrived this morning, it is amazing and i will definitely be purchasing from Kensington again. A very personable service that you wouldn't get from a high street brand. Thank you.

I am always impressed by the Kensington team, they are always helpful and friendly - I have had a number of items from them over the years and they go out of their way to offer a great service in terms of courteous help in store and good advice, plus they are reliable and flexible regarding delivery and aftersales of their great products.
I would rather go here than the bigger well known firms and support a really good local firm.
I have recommended Kensington over the years to friends and family and will continue to do so.

Helpful fast and efficient, couldn't be any happier with the product or service.

Excellent price, easy ordering system, confirmation of order and another email when passed to delivery team, telephone call from delivery team to confirm delivery date and item was delivered as expected. My dishwasher was ordered on Monday and delivered on Thursday of the same week with free delivery.
I have no hesitation in recommending Kensington Appliances for their 5 star service.

I found Kensington Appliances on line when looking for the best price for a NEFF oven. Their pricing was clear with no hidden extras, it was easy to order and all my email queries were answered promptly and in a friendly, helpful manner. My oven was delivered today right in the middle of the time slot of 2 hours that I was given. I haven't unpacked it yet, I am not expecting any problems. but I'm sure that if there are any then they will be dealt with promptly and in a friendly and helpful manner.

I will check out KA next time I am looking for appliances and would recommend them.

The products recommended have been reliable and the value outstanding. Installation was trouble-free, reassuring, prompt, and friendly. I wonder why you would go anywhere else.

I am so impressed with the service I have received at Kensington. The range of products is extensive and you can browse at your leisure without feeling pressured, as the sales assistants are helpful but not over-bearing. I have bought several large appliances and a fantastic range cooker at prices that could not be matched when I compared on the Internet. Always go to Kensington first when looking for appliances for good value and quality, if they haven't got it in stock they can get in quickly. They have never let me down.

The customer service from Kensington Appliances was first rate. I phoned to enquire about the Kitchenaid I was interested in on a Monday morning then ordered online and received it by Wednesday lunchtime. They were quick to answer any questions I had and even phoned back I they couldn't answer straight away. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you you made my wife's Christmas Day!

did have a problem with the item which i was told was a manufacturing stocking issue which meant i didn't get the colour i wanted but was almost the colour wanted.other than that it was almost trouble free . the item tracking wasn't available

I purchased a KitchenAid Mixer on the 20th December not only was it £70 cheaper than John Lewis it arrived in a couple of days.

Delivered early and everything as expected.

Ordered a nespresso coffee machine on the Sunday night had a email on Monday which included a receipt saying delivery would be on Tuesday before midday which was no lie (not bad for free delivery )
