Within the last the last 6 months I have bought a new fridge freezer & washing machine from Kensington Appliances. On both occasions I was impressed by wide selection and staff service. In addition their delivery & installation service was extremely efficient. Would cheerfully recommend.

I would recommend Kensington Appliances. Before we even ordered anything they visited our house to help advise us on delivery and they made a great effort to keep up good communication with us throughout our order. Unfortunately they weren't able to help bring our particular fridge upstairs to the 3rd floor due to health and safety, but they fully explained why and we were able to do this ourselves. All in all a very good service.

The staff at Kensington appliances are very helpful and knowledgeable, there is always a large stock to choose from and they are very competitive on price, my delivery arrived when arranged and installed perfectly, all in all an excellent service thank you.

I need a specific colour and Kensington had it and many more. Along with the cheapest price and no delivery costs it was an easy choice.

I am so pleased with my new fridge freezer which I recently bought from Kensington Domestic Appliances in Heathfield. I have to say, the experience of dealing with the sales staff at Kensington was a refreshing reminder of the difference it makes to get really outstanding customer service. From my first visit to their easily accessible premises in High Street Heathfield, I enjoyed really expert advice from a friendly and knowledgeable sales person who was clearly very keen to fully understand my needs and recommend suitable products which I could choose from without making me feel under any pressure or obligation to buy. The delivery people were friendly and helpful too! Can't recommend Kensington Domestic Appliances highly enough. Having also found out that they supply kitchens, I'll definitely be going back to Kensington Appliances again soon.

Terrible serve, no consistency in information oven by staff. Get you to buy on false pretences, then when you want to send back will charge restocking and will not pay postage. Better to pay a bit more and buy from someone like John Lewis, a reputable company with a great service z

I ordered a KitchenAid mixer as a last-minute Christmas present for my wife. It arrived very quickly, well-packaged and in perfect condition.

My Purchase was part of a long service award and I wanted to pay in two transactions and receive two receipts (as I needed one for my employer). I found the product on the website and made contact by phone regarding payment by two transactions. I found the company extremely helpful and they arranged payment which was a very easy process.
