I had an issue with my order due to the delivery company damaging one box of my wooden flooring. I called KensYard to the same day to confirm and issue and a new replacement box was sent for delivery the following day. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Good price and delivery
Good price, and fast delivery. Kahrs Woodloc products are really well made and easy to lay. Delivery charge is a bit steep - £25 minimum.

Complete satisfaction from a professional company
The offers on quality products were very competitive. The contact person was helpful and knowledgeable and the ordering process was straightforward.
They reserved the order for a few weeks until it was required and the delivery process was explained. The delivery arrived exactly at the pre-arranged time slot and a more precise ETA service was available on the day. The palleted goods were not left in the street but delivered directly to a dry area on my premises.I was completely satisfied with the service.
