One star deducted because when I phoned chasing my order, I was told that the materials had been delayed - but no one had noted that those materials had been ordered by me. I bought khars engineering wood flooring. It was a pleasant experience dealing with Kensyard. When I called, they gave me stock availability and delivery date accurately and the price was the cheapest I could find online. The delivery was done quickly as per the planned date. I couldn’t have asked for more.
