Had CCTV installed at my home, staff members are very professional and polite. Would recommend 100%. Clarity when I log on via my phone is amazing.

The team at Kent Cables were very responsive to my initial enquiry. Installing the internet was a tricky job due to length of garden plus cable needed to come from front of house. Despite this Steve came down and did an excellent job and all in the pouring rain! Service was excellent from asking us what we wanted to naming the wifi unit through to the actual installation- it was clean and with a pride in the work. Steve was also very creative in the best way to successfully get the cabling down to the studio including where to best mount the unit whilst talking us through the different options. Wouldn’t hesitate in using again!

I contacted Kent Cables because my home internet set-up was old and not fit for purpose. We had blank spots around the house where the wifi could not reach (despite range extenders etc) and had significant drops in broadband speeds at various locations. John and his team designed and installed Cat6 cabling and switches/WIFI access points at ideal places around the house. We now have no loss in internet speed anywhere in the house and have full coverage across all areas. The team were efficient, polite, tidy, creative, hard-working and resourceful. Could not recommend more highly.

Some recent incidents in our area made us feel we needed some security cameras.
Enquired with this company and John visited within a week and followed up with a detailed quote a few days later. The design took account of all that we wanted, system was high spec and at a reasonable price.
On the day of installation, Steve and Aaron turned up on time and confirmed the plans. The team were so polite and tidy. Every wire has been hidden on exterior walls and left very tidy in the loft. Once installed, the system was checked with me and the app downloaded and set up as needed.
I would not hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them. Thanks to all the team

Recently moved to a house... which has a garden summer house... so decided to convert to a home office so needed summer house to be wired up for internet... the Summer House is right at the back of the garden, the router is by the front door... so seemed like a tall order.
Steve and Aaron went out of their way to ensure that the summerhouse was connected... cable well hidden... and then went that extra mile by tidying the cables in the router with thin trunking... even went as far as getting us some milk as we'd ran out.

John, the owner came and did an initial survey which was swiftly followed by a quote and system design.

We were not kept waiting long before all the cabling was installed as agreed with John on his site visit. Today the system has gone live with the installation of the cameras and other bits and pieces.

The installers turned up on time and were courteous and efficient. Ours is an old Victorian house and they respected its nature which presented one or two challenges which they overcame to leave a neat job with cables hidden wherever possible. Before leaving, they made sure that the system was working properly and software installed together with the app (on my iPhone) and that I was comfortable with its function.

I contacted KCL for a quote for some home wired and wireless networking - very quick response from Megan (who was outstanding through the whole process!) and from that moment it was a friendly, professional and excellent experience.

John, Nick and the team were knowledgable, on time, friendly, tidied after themselves and both listened to my ideas and gave advice on best practice and how to achieve what I was looking for.

Excellent Service, would highly recommend them

Recently used Kent cables to rectify internet issues that we have had at home for the last 2 years. One side of the house would receive speeds of 500+ and the other side you would be lucky to get 5. John completed a comprehensive survey at short notice and advised me of the best way forward. I received the quote on the same day! I had the work completed yesterday and to say that we are over the moon is a massive understatement!
The guys were brilliant, very friendly, first class workmanship and no mess at all. We now have consistent speeds downstairs and upstairs in the black spots of 250+, and the hardwired devices upstairs are running at speeds of 650+. I would recommend Kent cables to anyone!!
