I’ve been waiting to buy the ice cream making attachment since last year! So happy with my purchase, I made incredible vanilla ice cream with it as soon as the bowl was cold enough!! Would definitely recommend - delivery was speedy too ☺️

I bought a Kmix food mixer and it broke…
I bought a Kmix food mixer and it broke on first use, causing metal shards to fall into the food. Kenwood at first refused to repair the machine, only agreeing after several hours on calls. The machine was collected by DPD 9 days ago and is now lost. Kenwood said they won't open an investigation yet. It has been weeks since the mixer broke and I am now without, what a waste of £300.

It's excellent but I'm still learning to drive it!! I didn't find the instructions very helpful, but I'm experimenting with times and temperatures and I'm getting there. I think it's going to be a very useful addition to my kitchen.

Love my Kenwood
So I was bought the Kenwood titanium chef baker mixer for my Christmas present from my husband, and oh my word it is a throw back to when I was in catering college… I love this device has not changed… well maybe it has changed with the useful built in scale and the new look body - but it remains a British classic - and of course it helps me to just bake and enjoy my kitchen, stress free… I’ve recently bought the Food Processor Attachment for the rear compartment - and it is a thrill to use… it is helping me to bake and cook more… I am just saving now for the juicer and the pasta maker attachments - yes I will be buying them all!! Thanks Kenwood… you truly have made the best baker products since I’ve known you around 1990! (And my mum’s ORIGINAL Kenwood is STILL going from the 1970s!)

Don't buy. Waste of money
I bought the Kenwood Titanium Chef Baker XL on kenwoodworld. Expecting a premium, heavy-duty machine, but it has been a massive disappointment. I tried making a standard batch of bread dough, and the machine immediately overheated and threw an error code. I previously owned a much cheaper mixer that handled this exact 1.5kg weight perfectly for years, so it is unacceptable that this expensive model failed so easily. To make matters worse, I contacted customer service and they were not helpful at all, offering no real solutions. After paying so much money, I expected a high-performing product and good support, but this machine is a complete waste of money. Save your money and don't buy this mixer.

Customer service not got back to me
I had a problem with my order and have had no response from Kenwood. I have sent an email and I have rung the helpline who said they would escalate the issue. Still heard absolutely nothing nearly two weeks later.
What was sent looks great and the parcel arrived quickly but customer service has been terrible and the order will probably have to go back
