Took over a year of back and forth…

Took over a year of back and forth correspondence for them to tell me they aren't validating my insurance! Awful! Took out temporary insurance which was underwritten by another company who then gave to this company! Awful! Awful! Awful!

Getting a 1 because I can’t give zero!

Getting a 1 because I can’t give zero!
Shocking, no contact even when you copy a manager in to the email asking why yet again they are not updating me. Rang them and I’m asked if they have all the forms! Well every thing I’ve been asked for you have had and if there is something missing it’s their job to ask for it. Oh but hang on that would mean actually speaking to a client.
Shockingly bad service, I now ask insurers if they have connections with this company before I insure.
The staff cannot even tell you the email or postal address for the legal ombudsman! You would think they would know it off by heart !
Avoid, avoid, avoid !!

Terrible customer service

I have been emailed two times with the same form filling request. I sent it to them twice (by email and by the post after). Tried to contact them by email and by phone, no answer at all. Terrible customer service 👎🏼

Terrible company

Terrible company, can’t get in touch, we have dash cam film of car crashing in to us, asked if they wanted it. No reply, accident happened in 2021. How driver can deny it when there is film is beyond me. Details on claim are wrong, reading the reviews on here, unbelievable.

Utterly diabolical

Insured through Ageas (who to be fair have been ok), hit by a 3rd party being pursued by the police for no tax. Vehicle had insurance and registered keeper. Keoghs have been spectacularly appalling in every single respect. No updates, no real progress, going round in circles. 12 months and 1 day on from the incident they come back and say that the vehicle wasn't insured (it was) and the registered keeper had sold it several days earlier (it wasn't). Staffordshire police are prosecuting him for failing to disclose the driver at the time. They confirmed that he was the owner and had insurance on the day. It's not hard. Speak to them for fxxxs sake. Complaint to the regulator incoming. Avoid this showed of sxxt at all cost.

Rotten to the core

Absolutely useless and inefficient. Not convinced that my wife is being told the truth in terms of an outstanding claim. My wife is classed as vulnerable and yet there is not even an acknowledgment of this.

Adding insult to injury

I have been dealing with Keoghs due to a nasty trip my mother had at a Poundland Store. Initially Poundlands insurers made an offer of £2k but advised me to escalate the incident to Keoghs who are Poundlands solicitors. My mothers injury was so severe she received WEEKLY treatment for 8 MONTHS at a plastics clinic in our local nhs hospital, and has been left with a permanent scar. Not only that, she has lost her confidence and wont go out alone. I have been dealing with Keoghs for 12 months and have provided subject access request information and every possible document, photo and evidence only to be offered an even lower figure in full and final settlement today. Absolutely disgusting.

Don't touch them with a Bargepole!

Tried twice recently (19 Aug and 6 Sep 24) to get someone to call me about a claim against Wincanton. No answer from direct dial I was given but "Receptionist" on main number promised action, but nothing happened. Second part repeated today.

An absolute farce dealing with Keoghs

An absolute farce dealing with Keoghs. Never known a company like it. It takes 7 minutes for reception to answer the phone and when they don’t get put through to another line that keeps you on hold.

Slow, unresponsive, bad customer service and even worse with actually doing work!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Weirdest experience

Weirdest experience. I have them fighting a claim whereby i was hit side on by a car and the other insurer refused to admit liability initially so they were brought in by my insurer. Dealing with the middlebrook (Bolton) Branch. They have some members of staff who are really helpful and I initially talked to and a pleasure to deal with and then it was passed on to another (and their manager) who just don't respond to emails or give me a number (i've tried 4 times in 8 months). Never had an experience like it. Avoid them like the plague.

Another fraudulent Claim for a non-existent incident

This solicitors company are working for a scammer that is trying to make a claim to my car insurer without any proof of an accident because no accident ever happened, telling it was in a place I never been in a date that I know exactly where I was, and my car has dashcams. I tried to speak with them and the attendant was extremely rude and didn't want to speak with me at all. I will be reporting to the police as soon as I have more details about the scammers. I am appaled by how this company works taking as clients scammers without even checking if the claim is genuine nor checking for proof of the accident

Impossible to speak to them

Been chasing for 14 months and counting to get an update on my claim, written dozens of emails, called so far 26 times and the average on hold at the phone time is about 70 mins, so far I can't get hold of anyone to give me an update.
How could a company operate so inefficiently?

Useless!!

Useless!!
They did not inform my witness to be at the hearing.
The other driver was at fault and committed perjury in court
Due to Keogh's incompetence the judge said it was 50/50. if they had informed my witness to attend court this would never had happened as she stated that the other driver was 100 oer cent at fault!

I'd rate them zero stars if I could

Can never get through to them. No replies to emails. No interest in anything other than the money they get paid.
My (stationary) car got reversed into in shop car park, witness wasn't called to court and because of this judge said its a "he said, she said" incident and apportioned blame 50/50.

The other driver committed perjury and now my insurance has gone up. Keogh's has washed their hands of it all and basically said "case closed".

Accident happened in 2022, taken this long to get to court so they've had plenty of time to tell witness to come to court.

Biggest bunch of grifters I've ever had the misfortune to be involved with.

Disgraceful company

Disgraceful company, in Tesco's pocked.

Supposedly independent to Tesco and "investigate" claims against Tesco. They have done the quite the opposite.

No real investigation has taken place. They contacted me once to ask information about costs incurred by me, prior to costs being incurred by me and have never contacted me again.

I have spent hundreds of pounds now on hospital visits because of my fall in Tesco store and they have offered me a £100 voucher to use in Tesco, why would I want to continue to shop in Tesco.

If any business is thinking of…

If any business is thinking of instructing Keogh's to be a partner please think twice. They were acting for defendants in a court claim that they lost by default because they never even sent a AOS. It gets worse. Now payment of judgement is overdue and communication with them is a joke. I ended up taking court action to instruct bailiffs to remove goods from the business I won my CC case against resulting in more costs for them plus interest! AVOID
