not recommended. Poor product quality. Wallet fell apart after 3 months. They do not accept complaints.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement!!!!! This company is not cheap and the products I received are NOTHING what they offer on there website. It is a scam people so avoid them please. If I could have given them a zero star I would have because they do not even deserve a 1 star. Absolutely disgusting.

Received my order today ...it is absolutely beautiful .I can't thank yous enough .I will definitely purchase from here again.

Do NOT buy anything from this company. RIP of merchants and you are not cover by paypal when using to pay either. Order a lamp with personalised picture and get a piece of acrylic and picture looks nothing like us, instructions say lamp but no lamp, when i query it they they say to go onto a random website to pay more for them to do reprint.... who goes onto a random website to pay more money....DO NOT USE.......

The silver ring was actually plastic, the lettering was not straight. Fast delivery was 2 weeks!!

Contacted them they initially said it looked fine, eventually they moved to offer a 15% refund minus delivery fees.

It is a Chinese company with little to no standards, pay a bit more and get this from reputable UK company.

Absolutely so disappointed in the personalized wallets I ordered. They were Christmas presents of all things. We just had Christmas yesterday 01/15. When they opened the wallets, the pictures were not even close to the pictures I sent in. I ordered 4 wallets. I would NEVER buy another thing off this company. Horrible Horrible experience

What a joke! Don’t waste your money, looks like a 10 year old did the drawing of the supplied photo, my husband trashed it and was too embarrassed to give as a gift

Order placed in October and still hasn't arrived. Kespire refuse to give refund even though realistically this product is not going to arrive.

Tryed to reach out about the problem on my order, no one responded. Very disappointed with what I got for my wife the picture was backwards and screen was covered in scratches and I paid extra for engraving and didn't get that aswell. If your trying to by a Gift for someone you care and love please stay away for this site.

Not serious salesman, business or shop or whatever it is... They don't send what they promised and according their advertising products... At least from my order the half of the products were ok but for the other half he insisted that it was good even though was not at all good... He refused to pay back. So i lost my money... Better throw the money in the bin rather than ordering from him

Bought a personalised moon lamp for my girlfriends birthday and paid an extra £20 for expedited shipping. The gift took over 2 weeks to arrive and looks absolutely nothing like those on the website. Been completely mugged off tbh not happy at all

Ordered a piece of jewellery for grandma's birthday (£40) waited three weeks. Got an email saying it had been delivered. I checked my ring door bell, no sign of anyone. I then watched back footage, no sign of any delivery. I emailed the Company asking for proof of delivery and they sent me a picture of a package in my front garden I'm assuming their courier threw there. (I live on a main road) when I got home the parcel was nowhere to be seen. I'm guessing it was stolen. Now I know this isn't kespire fault as such and more a hermes issue but I contacted them about it and the customer service was horrendous. I was told that "if I didn't receive the item it was my problem" and I couldn't get a refund. They offered to send me another necklace if I paid again, and refused a refund full stop. Absolutely disgusting when I spent £40 with them, however if id know it was delivered by hermes I'd probably never have bothered either.

Love what just arrived today, after two weeks of waiting! The way it showed on the images, exactly that same way! Rose picture frame! Love it! Thank you Kespire, trust this website, I'd definitely order again!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. After waiting 3 weeks for delivery, my product arrived. Very poor quality, sticky glue marks on product and personalised photos were peeling off. I contacted Kespire support and they offered me a replacement but told me I would have to pay shipping costs again (another £8). I couldn't see why I should have this expense when the product was faulty. A week later I received an email that they could no longer fulfil the order. They then offered me 45% of my money back. Again, I questioned why I should be out of pocket for something that was faulty. Since then, they have not responded to my emails. At the time of writing this review, 63% of customer's had left a 1 star review...my advice, do not purchase from this company.

Still havent received my ordered gift, I paid extra for fast delivery, big mistake. Atleast they answer back to emails but as soon as you you to send them again(!) your address, they will say they can't find it?
Please consider again if it's really worth your money to order at this website.
