Very poor quality item and definitely not worth the price,advertisement photo is definitely not a true comparison

Engraving was ok, maybe a little off centered, but it looked great. Needed to wipe it off as it has some marks on it. Overall a nice product, but don’t expect to get it for a few weeks as it comes from across seas.

The shipping had a reasonable timing, the photos turned out great and the placement of the photos where nice. I wish there was an option to change the font colour as it was so visible from the photos we chose and it had a little scratch on the collage but besides that the overall experiences great.

Its came to me with a bit broken on it and waited far to long

If I could Rate a zero I would. This has been a horrific experience. I ordered a bracelet for My Husband ❤️’s anniversary gift. And not only did the bracelet Arrive late after paying $16 for shipping. When it arrived, the bracelet was not as described, this company offered the option to place a photo on the front of the bracelet. However, when it arrived, the photo was not visible, I reached out to the company in an effort to have them replace it, and they tried to charge me an additional shipping fee and blamed me indicating that I sent a photo that was too dark, well I am not the professional. Before this bracelet was sent to me they could see that the photo was not visible and if they knew that I needed a front facing lighter photo (this is what I was Told afterward) then this is what they should have asked for prior to making the bracelet! I went back-and-forth with them for a week or more with no resolve. They only offered to refund 20% of the cost of bracelet or I pay shipping fee, which I refuse to do since I had already paid for shipping. They took no accountability and even had the audacity to blame me. I will never do business with this company again nor refer any friends and family. In fact I’m warning you! Purchase anything at your win risk! The communication via email was very matter-of-fact and borderline and I’m completely appalled.

just recieved my item of a customised photo lamp and it’s not the correct rose that’s ment to be in the case and it was also smash and broken not happy at all and the price on the package says is $9.99 and i paid $80 for it so what the hell??

There's no support, just a but the ignore everything you said. They promised a delivery time, didn't change it for priority and I missed, so I don't have my item.....

I had purchased a lighthouse photo night light from this company for Mother’s Day. It wasn’t like the picture on the website. It is made out of plastic and the photos are blurry. I was not impressed. It looks very cheap. I paid 40 dollars for it! I contacted the company and they told me they could only redo it and I would have to pay a shipping fee. I want to return it, but they won’t let me. Do not buy from this company. The products are not of quality material.

Purchased a photo clock of our son (deceased) as a memorial, asked them to leave the message on the clock face blank and just put my sons name. Clock came back with his name alright, BUT THEY ALSO INCLUDED THE WORDS ‘PLEASE LEAVE BLANK’ on the clock face. Tried to explain that when I ask to leave blank it does not mean to include them words. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY WORST SERVICE & NO REFUND. THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT BLAME.

If i could rate this company a 0 star I would. I ordered a Christmas present and it took 4 weeks to get here from China. So of course it was after Christmas. Then to top it off it was broken. They offered to replace it and I agreed if it was Expedited and I would receive in 10 days and that they would not glue the people to the tree. Of course they agreed. 3 or 4 weeks later it finally arrived and they glued the people on. If they do not understand what they are agreeing to do then they should not agree to it. After a couple weeks of emails back and forth they have basically said screw you we are keeping your money and we don't care if you are happy or not.
Will definitely not recommend this company to anyone.
Beware.. stay away from ordering anything from them.

Ordered a gift. Was not as I expected but still okay. Definitely way too expensive. 50 bucks for a tiny light.

Avoid like the plague

Brought a bracelet off these cowboys. To say its a disgrace is a understatement. The product I recieved was nothing like the picture I sent them, it looks its been drawn on by a 4 year old. If only I could upload a pic to show you all. Do not buy off these cowboys YOU HAVE BEEN. WARNED

The item arrived damaged and they don’t pay full refund. But somewhere else instead from here

should have read the reviews, they were spot on. Final product doesnt look like advertised, junk, cheaply made, looks thrown together by a 5 year old.

Rip off! Looks nothing like advertised!
Stay away! It’s a scam!!! You will not be happy with the product and they will tell you they need more money to fix it how it should have been in the first place. Still trying to get my refund and send this unusable “product” back to CHINA because they are NOT made in Florida as the website says

I paid $48.99 for a Bangle Bracelet when it arrived it was the wrong size. When I tried to find out how to return it to get replacement it tells me to go to an email address which does not exist. So I guess I'm just out that money. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE. IT IS A RIP-OFF. I have learned my lesson to read reviews before I buy.

By far the worse experience. Company is terrible to deal with. I’ve been waiting on an order for a month (also paid express shipping that was supposed to take 3-5 days)
Stay far away and spend your money else where!
