Appalling instructions, size for BQ gazebo is not correct, BQ will not fit. The structure is half built, it only shows the size when erected, cannot send back now, base we had built is too big a waste of money

The delivery arrived within the specified time window.
The two delivery guys were incredibly helpful and dropped the, very heavy, package just where I wanted it.
Very pleased.

It was not, however, an easy put up.
Far too many screws required and not an easy job if only 2 of you and one is only little.
And don't even try to do if there is any wind

Good communication do the order and delivery. The instructions could do with being in box 1. They were in box 3 and ripped with the tape through the gap. Wasn’t too much of a problem just an observation.

Item not built yet,

Shed hinge and plastic broke within 24 hours of purchase. Customer service is useless, they emailed saying I needs to respond to a communication within a certain timeframe re warranty (I asked for replacement parts as I couldn't be bothered taking the shed down to return) without actually sending a communication to respond to. Emailed Keter to say I have had no communication from them, and they haven't responded!

Great product, easy to order and prompt delivery

I purchased the Keter Cortina 9x7 shed via Costco and the delivery was reasonably straight forward with just a glitch on the day of delivery. The delivery company that Costco used was XPO and they called me at midday on the day of delivery to tell me I wouldn't get the shed that day only to then turn up with it 3 hours after the call. Luckily I hadn't gone back to work!!!!!

This is not Keter or Costcos fault so onto the shed review.
So the shed went together extremely well and the detailed instruction book is a breeze to follow. As long as you have a good solid and level foundation, this shed just slipps together with just the odd tap with a rubber mallet here and there.
The quality of finish is good and once the side wall pannels are properly fixed in place its feels very solid.
I would certainly recommend this shed to anyone that is looking for a smart, well thought out and maintainence free storage solution.

Great product & customer service. Purchased a 10ft x 8ft shed to be used at my children’s school for PTA storage. Delivery date & time prearranged. It took my husband & I 5 hours to build it. Simple and clear instruction manual provided. Happy customer!

Delivery was on time but sadly the main box was very badly damaged, we are yet to open it to check contents,the guy who will build it will do that in a couple of days, I would say that it being an 8 × 6 shed it should be packed in 4 boxes rather than 3. The main box is REALLY heavy even for 2 men.

Patio furniture very easy to order. Only negative point. Delivery company didn’t give an approximate delivery slot. Just between 8am and 6pm

Sturdy shed. Once we worked out the instructions not too difficult to put together.

Wouldn't trust this company again.....parts arrived broken and was only noticeably when putting it together. Now they want me to dismantle the whole thing, package it up all neatly in the original box. I had things being delivered that needed to be stored in it, now I have nowhere to put them.....thanks keter

Edit 21/4/26 keter has switched off all their phone lines and are not replying to emails, they have not provided any solution. A legitimate company wouldn't close their phone lines for days!!

The actual shed seems pretty good. Metal frame is sturdy. Looks nice assembled. Delivery company excellent.
The reason for 3 stars, the shed goes on sale for 20% cheaper 2 weeks after we bought it.

Great, easy experience. Shed looks fab. Only hesitation is that I was not updated when the delivery date was unable to be met, I only found this out when I rang to check time of delivery on the day which was frustrating as we had taken time off work to expect the delivery. No fault of Keter as this was with the delivery company

POOR UPDATES FROMTHE COURIER, PRDUCT WAS DELIVERED AND HAD A DAMAGED PANEL. THIS KETER PRODUCT IS NOT AS WELL MADE AS OTHER KETER PRODUCTS WE HAVE PURCHASED.

A well designed product. Well described and easy to order. Delivery advice was good. I have marked down one point as whilst the quality is good I am not sure it is really worth the price but other suppliers are even more expensive! I would recommend to others.

Wanted to place an order for a shed 10x8 Rosewood finish but wanted to discuss delivery options, phoned 0121 506 008 dialled option 1 then 2 for all other enquiries. Lady answered when I requested information, she stated you have come through to parts???, she said press option 1 twice- so I did that -“just an answering machine”. Phoned again same result. Absolutely useless.
