I found the product very good an the meal shake is very filling

The nut butter FBombs are the bomb when it comes to curbing hunger.

I saw a commercial for the KetoLogic brand. It appeared simple enough to try. What the hell its only a 30 day challenge what could I lose right? I purchased the KetoLogic brand in an actual GNC store. After price checking KL site, Amazon, & GNC I found I'd save a few bucks & have no shipping time. I also couldn't get (2) different flavors of the KetoMeal protein powder by ordering the bundle. I did order from the KetoLogic site my MCT oil & coffee creamer. I tried all the products at random over a weekend to make sure I'd be okay with taste. They all checked out fine taste wise except for the Caramel Macchiato coffee creamer. To me it makes my cup of coffee smell like theater popcorn and tastes like it. To me anyways. So that's the only product $ I've wasted since I don't use it. So this is my 11th day and I'm down 4lbs as of my first week. I don't weigh in again until my 14th day so hoping I've dropped more. The no sugar/carbs is all new to me. I'm still learning and mix and matching, but overall I'd recommend this product to others if they choose to jump start into a Keto lifestyle.

I have loved the products I ordered and many of the recipes are good except for the keto breakfast bread. It was pretty tasteless and dry.

Meal shakes taste terrible! Doesn’t keep you satisfied. No satisfaction guarantee. Can’t return because it’s open. Waste of money!!!!

Not happy with the ingredients used for the keto protein powder. Whey isolate is a cheap low quality protein. I have a milk allergy and using whet protein makes no sense in a product to promote the keto diet lifestyle.

1/3+ per bag are brown... overcooked and don't taste good... you need to get the production process so that 100% are "yellow" and not overcooked. "brown"... I like the ones cooked right... but there are way to many overdone... at least in the first 2 bags I've tried. :)

While everything tastes decent, all it is is flavored salt. I followed the directions as written drinking 2 BHB drinks a day over a 5 days period with 1 shake at lunch. I was so overloaded with salt that I was lethargic, couldn't think straight, could barely stay awake, plus my entire body was swollen from the water weight. Each drink had 1040mg of sodium with each shake adding 200mg more! People aren't supposed to intake more than 1500mg a day. Total scam, Don't waste your money.

I purchased the bundle for my sister. She broke her hip and needed to lose weight to have the surgery. She has always struggled with her weight. My son who "lives" Keto as he is an athlete and in the U. S. Air Force has been doing keto for years. I have also been doing Keto and maintaining now. I am happy to report my sister in 8 weeks has lost MORE than the required amount and is scheduled for surgery. I thank you all for your products and the Keto Logic sight. It helped her lose weight and educate her on how the body should be fueled to maintain a healthy status. Her most common comment was "I am not hungry."

Started the program, got a viral infection that took me out for 3 weeks, starting over and will know let you know in about 3-4 weeks. So far the taste of the products are good.

At first I really didn't care to only have to three choices for meal replacements but getting to try the salted caramel was great. Nice having something different.
