I recently ordered a 10 kg competition kettlebell to match another identical Kettlebell Kings kettlebell I already owned. It quickly became clear that the new kettlebell didn't feel like it matched the weight of the other one. I decided to weigh them both and discovered that the new kettlebell was off by 0.6 lbs, weighing in at 21.4 lbs. I find this unacceptable; do you not have quality checks in place? Fortunately, I'm able to return it for a refund, but after nearly eight years of purchasing and using Kettlebell Kings products, I will not buy another kettlebell from your company again.

Kettlebells arrived/look good for the most part. Largest ordered (32 kg) has a deep chip however and one of the bells sent was not the one I ordered. I anticipate this will be resolved soon so overall my experience was positive. I will revise if the issue isn’t remedied.

Great product.
Needs to be packaged better for shipping. Ordered (2) 45lb bells separately, and both were damaged during shipping. One worse than the other. Customer service was good as I got a partial refund on the 1st one. Not bothering with the 2nd one.

I placed an order about a month ago. The 5 day delivery never showed. The order remained in labeling status. No communication from the company. The customer support agents attempted to blame the lack of delivery on the shipper for several emails until they confessed to be out of stock. Lots of thanks for your patience, but zero attempt to provide a solution to a routine problem, like provide an alternative product or even an ETA for when they'll have stock again. Not helpful. No product. Still no resolution.

The KBs are nice but the condition they arrived in were pretty rough. Both my 24kg KBs came with scrapes and gouges exposing the bare metal. For top tier prices, I would like a little bit more execution on packaging.

In the past I've had a great experience with KBK ordering equipment. This time I was disappointed to see my competition kettlebell arrive with a significant amount of rust on the handle (which hasn't happened in the past). When I reached out to customer service their response to tell me kettlebells can rust and I should just sand it off myself. I understand sanding rust off may be a normal maintenance activity at some point in a KBs life, but I wouldn't expect a brand new KB to be shipped out with so much rust on the handle it stained the wrapping inside the box. Otherwise the products have been great.

Great KB, very poor customer service. Placed an order for 2x 16 kg, only 1 got processed. Sent an email to stop the order if only 1 was to be sent (already received the order). It has been 10 days, I’ve now sent 3 emails without getting a single reply. 2nd email was an attempt to buy the 2nd 16 kg which came back in stock for the price I originally tried to purchase which had a discount. Still not a reply.
I have about $20k worth of gear for my home gym. 95% being from Rogue Fitness. They have always gone above and beyond when I had not only product issues but also order issues with them. Sad 1st experience with kettlebell kings. Stick with Rogue, quality products. You get what you pay with them.

I have several Kettlebell Kings bells, and I’ve been very happy with all of them. I recently purchased this pair at an exceptional price. They arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

Nice kettle bells, i’ve been waiting months to order kettle bells. but I ordered eight pairs of them only received seven missing a 53 pound kettlebell to pair with the other 53 pound kettle bell I purchased. They provide me with two tracking numbers. Both of them are saying that they got delivered showing a picture with seven boxes should have it had eight boxes being that I ordered them in pairs . when I reached out to them they sent me an email with two different tracking numbers that are showing the same, seven boxes on each tracking number and it’s saying the package is delivered. I reached out to FedEx, hoping that they have a package somewhere in it. Don’t really like the fact that kettlebell kings does not have a phone number and you cannot talk to a live person. I went against my better judgment, spinning that amount of money being the first time that I ordered from them. So because it will cost to return the kettle bells, I will be returning the 53 pound kettle bell since don’t have the other pair to it and have to take $140 lost over a kettlebell I never received.

5-star KBs… 1-star user interface regarding king coins. I do not know how to access the coins (I’ve spent close to $2k on equipment here) and have not gotten a response from customer service since I asked 3 weeks ago…

I placed the order for a 32kg kettlebell on a Saturday. I got an email that day stating that the shipping paperwork had been completed. I got an email Monday stating that the 'bell had been shipped and it arrived Wednesday The package was in perfect condition, as was the 32kg kettlebell. This was my first kettlebell from Kettlebell Kings, and the quality was just as promised. Service and product are A+. I'll definitely buy Kettlebell Kings bells from now on, and would recommend them to friends and family.

I caught some Dark Elf weights on sale and I can hardly believe how fast they were shipped and delivered. Awesome — great service and a great product.

I have ordered from all the main competition kettlebell manufactures and had all sorts of issues from shipments being lost to items being damaged/not having the same quality. One of their competitors had welded metal on the inside of the bell instead of all being one solid piece, something they specifically advertised not having. I had heard KBK was the best and KBK meet and exceeded my expectations.

The service is great and the quality is excellent.

When I ordered, there was no way to redeem this offer. No voucher that could be applied at checkout to addd the free one or indeed, any instructions as to how to receive the second promised/offered KB.
I received one item and when I queried it they said I needed to add two KBs at time of ordering and I would have received the second KB. Which is true, because you I would have paid for TWO! The cost of the 2nd KB is not removed at checkout.
Despite being contacted by Amazon to sort the issue, they have delayed repeatedly saying that they are waiting for someone from the team to sort.
Ordered 3rd August. Delivered 6th August and delayed any resolving action until they stopped responding to messages on 21st August.
In summary; THIS COMPANY WILL NOT HONOUR THEIR OFFER.
IF YOU WANT TWO KETTLEBELLS, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR TWO.
THERE IS NO WAY TO REDEEM THEIR BOGOF OFFER
