Apparently the brand is pretty good. Unfortunately, it's not easy to get my hands on one of their Kettle Bells.

I ordered three Kettlebells KBK stated to have in stock. The delivery was stated to 2 - 4 days. After not hearing anything for a while, I asked whether anything happened with the order. They stated I should wait four days more for the order to arrive. Upon approaching them again, KBK stated my order is out of stock and could take around three months to arrive... that's where I ordered a refund.

The issue I'm mostly disappointed by, next to the obvious problem with delivering the items way too late, is the lack of active communication from the side of KBK. In my book, this is a one star review, as they clearly broke my trust. However, the customer support is quite fast in reacting.

If I could give zero stars I would, because that’s what I got: nothing, unless you count a headache.

I purchased a 12-32kg adjustable kettlebell from their Amazon store during their Black Friday sale. It took a week for them to “ship” it (supposedly), and even that only took place days after Amazon sent an email saying that KBK hadn’t confirmed shipment. All tracking progress ceased once the alleged package supposedly arrived at my local UPS hub. Another week elapsed and there was still no communication, except from Amazon indicating that the package would be late.

Given the timing of the “shipment not confirmed by seller” email from Amazon and the sudden appearance of a tracking number shortly thereafter, I’m not entirely convinced that anything was actually shipped. I got a refund (again, no communication except from Amazon) and no answer to my question about whether they’d actually honor the original price.

Avoid. The reviews on their site are fake. I submitted a 1 star review on an item, and they changed it to 5-star.
Also found a great deal on an item and wanted to purchase. Tried to checkout and kept telling me that the item cannot be shipped to my address, even though their shipping policy clearly states that they ship to all US states and territories. I checked the next day, and the item was no longer on sale, but it was now eligible to ship to my address.

The bells are great, if they'll send them to you. I've used a pair of KBK bells before and they're great so I bought a pair of bells on pre-order in February. It is now July and since then the bells have come in stock and back out of stock (more on that later) and I did not receive what I paid for, though they charged me immediately. When I reached out to their customer service they gave me the run around for over two months, yes seriously, and then basically told me to kick rocks and file a dispute with PayPal in order to get my refund.
The bells were listed as in stock up until that morning. So they either were lying to everyone who ordered it up to that afternoon when they changed them back to "not in stock" or they got a new batch, sold them off, and ignored the customers they took pre order money from. Both of which are a huge problem.

I never received my order and was not giving the tracking number but rather told it should have been delivered. $150 out the window.

I ordered a kettlebell over 2 weeks ago and the shipping status just says "delayed." I can't even see if it has left the building yet. I reached out to customer service to see if they could give me a little insight as to why the delay was occurring and I was told "not to panic" and that we should wait another 3-5 days to see if it works itself out. We'll see if I ever get my package. So dismissive and rude. Don't expect great things if you work with Tom.

Never actually got their kettlebells. Pre-ordered a kettlebell back in Nov 2022, with expected ship date mid Jan. I have been inquiring regularly about shipping date and kept being told very courteously that it’s all set to ship very soon. And then today they tell me it’s going to happen in March. Probably they didn’t fill my order with their latest inventory update… I already paid them.

A similar thing happened in 2021 and they blamed the pandemic. But now I just think it’s bad management.
They do a lot of hype on social media but don’t actually deliver.
Choose a different vendor.

I've been using kettlebells for nearly 15 years, and these bells are as good or better than any I've ever had experience with (the og dragon door bells, ader, etc.). What really sets them apart is the amazing customer service. We had a shipping problem that wasn't their fault, but they took care of us and made sure we didn't take the hit for a big purchase. As long as they are in business, they have my business.

I purchased multiple bells of different types. Best bells I've ever owned hands down. The balance of each individual bell is perfect and makes any exercise smooth. Grips are incredible! They make any movement smooth and beneficial. Will absolutely continue to purchase!

Excellent products, excellent service. The shape and coating on the kettlebells is by far my favorite compared to the rest of my collection, including Ader, Again Faster, CAP, and Ethos. Better grip. No chipping. Love these. I keep coming back to Kettlebell Kings. I'd love to start re-purchasing the same size bells I have from other brands now that I know what I was missing!

Bought two 40# & two 25# bells, competition bells that are same size regardless of weight. They look great and feel great, if I had more room and more money I would buy them all!! Great bells and free shipping, how can you beat that!!

The bells have been perfect for my needs. I take them sometimes to the turf grass field to do some of the more challenging exercises while swinging and flipping the bell. Sometimes the bell drops on accident however the service of the turf is perfect for any type of impact. Will continue to buy from kettlebell Kings.
