Mixed experience - one item was perfect, the other 2 less so and I am waiting on a refund for those
Update - I have now received a refund for the returned items, which sadly did not suit me, despite being lovely items
I amended the star rating as the item I kept is great and customer service on the returns was good.

If you've returned the items, please be aware that we aim to process returns within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse. During particularly busy periods, this can take up to 21 working days. Once your parcel has been processed by our returns team, you'll receive an email confirmation. Please note that refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser's payment card.

Great Sales
Great Sales ! Jumper was great, ordered a 12, got a lovely dress too and opted for a Large but think a Medium might have fitted better. Clearer sizing on dress size would have helped matching it to UK dress sizes in brackets. Still a lovely dress and a great buy in the sales.

Thank you as well for your helpful comments about the sizing. We have now moved to numerical sizing across our newer collections, although some older styles are still labelled using alphabetical sizing (S, M, L, etc.). We appreciate that having the equivalent UK dress size displayed more clearly can make choosing the right fit much easier, and we'll be sure to pass your feedback on to our team.

Sizing issue - poor response to it
I purchased 2 t shirts, same size, style but different colour. I wore one and made the assumption that the other one would be the same. I removed the tag and wore it. After leaving home I realised it was so much bigger than the other one. I'm not talking about slight difference, it was approx 3 inches wider. I have photos but don't think I can add. I returned both and expected a refund for the larger t shirt but apparently because I wore it outside the home and it had a mark on it they refused to refund or give any sort of compensation.

I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the fit of your T-shirts. We appreciate that, having purchased the same style and size in different colours, you expected them to fit consistently.
Our returns policy allows items to be returned for a refund provided they are in their original condition, unworn and suitable for resale. When your return was received, the T-shirt showed signs of wear and had a mark present, which unfortunately meant it could not be accepted back into stock. For this reason, we're unable to offer a refund or compensation on this occasion.
We understand your concern regarding the size difference you experienced. Whilst there can occasionally be slight variations between garments, we appreciate that this felt more significant in your case. However, as the item had been worn and was not returned in a resaleable condition, we're unable to carry out any further assessment.
We're sorry that this isn't the outcome you were hoping for, but we do need to apply our returns policy consistently and fairly for all customers.

This company has an amazing stock in multiple colours which can't be cheap to maintain. There must be something for everyone here. Even within your seasonal palette there's a huge choice.

This was my first order with Kettlewell so I was a little apprehensive about the sizings as all companies vary. I ordered my usual size and every item was the right fit.
Delivery was impressively quick. Quality is excellent. I have returned a couple of items that just didn't suit me. I am waiting for the refund to be processed.
