Such good quality and the most amazing…

Such good quality and the most amazing prints and colours. Wash and dry really well. Sizes run bigger than UK supermarket baby clothes but that means they last longer.
Good communication around postage.

The clothing is really lovely just watch the marketing

The clothing is really lovely, very well made and lots of colourful and fun designs.
My daughters loved researching the specific type of animals they had on their clothes as it was no ordinary bee on their tops! so that was an added bonus - Thank you.
The items were delivered quickly too and the sale items have really good discounts.
The only issue I have is that I didn’t sign up to just regular emails and being notified about what was in my basket and encouraged to purchase.
I completely understand it’s a business and most companies do this now but I chose them because of their business model and it took me by surprise they would stoop to such tactics.
However - I will be a returning customer as the clothes themselves are beautiful and what a great price point for organic, natural and sustainable. Overall a fantastic company.

Love my fleece & zero complaints over any aspect of my order, in fact delighted, just trying to make sure I don’t wear it out already!

Refusal to process returns and refunds

I’ve sent several emails to frugi. but no one has replied.

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 3 February, I purchased 13 items of clothing from the Frugi website for a total of 3,625 RMB. The order number is GE11278696632GB and the tracking number is GE11278696632GBA0. However, as the total value exceeded the 2,000 RMB limit set by Chinese customs, I was forced to return the parcel on 26 February. The tracking information shows that the parcel was returned by the carrier on 2 March, and there have been no further updates since then. I would like to ask whether you have received the returned items? Please process my refund as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
